钙胁迫对紫花芒果实PE、PG、纤维素酶和淀粉酶的影响与海绵组织病害发生的关系

【摘要】 本试验以紫花芒(Mangifera indica L.)为材料,通过EGTA和石灰处理,研究钙胁迫对果实生长过程中PE、PG、纤维素酶和淀粉酶的影响,及其与海绵组织生理病害发生的关系,并研究了海绵组织生理病害的发生规律和病害分级。期望通过研究果实生长过程中酶活性变化、以及钙胁迫对这些酶的影响,寻找酶活性变化与海绵组织生理病害发生的相关关系,为生产上防治该生理病害提供参考依据。研究结果表明:1.紫花芒果实生理病害海绵组织的发生出现于采前10d,其病害发生率和病情指数,均随着果实成熟度的提高而增加。病果中的PE、PG和淀粉酶的活性均高于对照,特别是临近采收时更为明显。说明紫花芒果实生长后期的PE、PG和淀粉酶活性变化与生理病害海绵组织的发生有十分密切的关系。2.紫花芒果实生理病害海绵组织的发生率和病情指数,随着果实大小的提高而增加。而大型果中的PE、PG和淀粉酶活性均比小型果高。3.EGTA处理诱导了果实钙元素的缺乏,增加了果实生理病害海绵组织的发生率。同时,缺钙也提高了果实中PE、PG和纤维素酶的活性,降低了果实钙磷比、钙镁比和钙钾比。4.石灰处理增加了果实钙元素的含量,提高了果实中的钙磷比、钙镁比和钙钾比,抑制了PE、PG、纤维素酶和淀粉酶活性。在一定程度上,降低了果实生理病害海绵组织的发生率。5.不同等级的病果中PE、PG、纤维素酶和淀粉酶活性均高于正常果。此外,与对照相比,贮藏期病果的纤维素酶活性的变化量比生长期明显,而淀粉酶活性的变化量则是生长期比贮藏期明显。表明果实中PE、PG、纤维素酶和淀粉酶的变化对病害的影响呈现出一定的顺序性。

【Abstract】 Zihua mango(Mangifera indica L.)was used as materials,with the treatments of EGTA and lime,for studying the effects of Ca stress on the activity of PE,PG, cellulase,amylase and spongy tissue disorder in Zihua Mango fruit,as well as the occurring rule and grade of spongy tissue disorder.It is attempted that the relationship between activity of PE,PG,cellulase and amylase and spongy tissue disorder in the fruit growing process is faund through studying the effects of Ca stress on the activity of these enzymes,for providing the reference to control this disease in the production.The results were showed as follows:1.Spongy tissue disorder was occurred at 10 days before harvest.The higher maturity the fruit was,the severer the disease occurred.The activity of PE,PG and amylase in diseased fruit was higher than the control,especially,the more evidently in the late stage of fruit maturity.It is showed that has close relationship between the activity of PE,PG and amylase and the occurring of spongy tissue disease in the late stage of fruit growing.2.The disease rate and the disease index of spongy tissue were higher with the increasing of fruit weight,and the activity of PE,PG,cellulase and amylase in the big fruit was higher than the small fruit.3.The shortage of calcium in Zihua mango fruit was induced with the treatment of EGTA,and increased the rate of spongy tissue disease.At the same time,the activity of PE,PG and cellulase was increasing with the short of calcium,and the values of Ca/P,Ca/Mg and Ca/K were decreased.4.The Ca content in Zihua mango fruit was increased with the treatment of lime,and increased the values of Ca/P,Ca/Mg and Ca/K,and controlled the activity of PE,PG,cellulase and amylase.To a certain extent,the physiological disorder of spongy tissue in Zihua mango fruit was decreased with the treatment of lime5.The activity of PE,PG,cellulase and amylase in the fruit of different diseased grade was higher than the control.In addition,Comparison with the control,the change values of cellulase activity of diseased fruit in storage were more evidently than in the growing time,but the change values of amylase activity were quite the contrary with it.The results showed that it had a certainly order on the effects of these enzymes on the spongy tissue disorder.
