【摘要】 乌兰夫是我们党和国家民族工作的卓越领导者,杰出的无产阶级革命家。他所从事的民族工作是包括党务、军队、统战、经济、文化以及教育等方面的重要工作,他将其光辉的一生都奉献给了民族地区革命和建设的伟大事业。作为内蒙古自治区民族高等教育事业产生和发展的见证者,也是创立者的乌兰夫先生,对内蒙古自治区民族高等教育事业做了大量的理论和实践工作,他的民族高等教育思想就是在这些理论与实践工作相结合的过程中形成和提出的,具有很强的生命力,直到今天仍然闪烁着熠熠光辉。乌兰夫在内蒙古自治区创办了多所各级各类的高等院校和民族学院,他对民族高等院校在办学模式等方面有着独到的见解,他的民族高等教育办学思想蕴含着极其丰富的内容,本文对乌兰夫的民族高等教育办学思想进行了深入地分析与探讨,以期对我国民族高等教育事业的发展有所借鉴和启示。本文共分三个部分:第一部分主要介绍乌兰夫民族高等教育办学思想产生、形成和发展的理论基础与现实依据;第二部分归纳概括乌兰夫民族高等教育办学思想的主要内容;第三部分主要论述从乌兰夫民族高等教育办学思想中得到能够促进我国民族高等教育事业发展的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 WuLanfu is a prominent leader and a proletarian revolutionist of national affairs in china. His job of national affairs include inner party work, army, economy, culture, education, united front and so on. WuLanfu dedicated his energy of the whole life to national revolution and construction course. As a great witness and originator of national higher education, he did a lot of theory and practice affairs. His thoughts were combined with the theory and practice, with the strong vitality. His national higher education ideas are still shining today.WuLanfu set up various colleges and universities in ethnic minority regions. He had original ideas and practice in talents fostering and education model, his ideas were profuse. WuLanfu’s ideas were deeply analysis and discussed in this thesis, in order to get some revelation to national higher education.There are three chapters in this thesis: the first chapter is the origin of WuLanfu’s setting up national higher education ideas and the practical foundation of his ideas;the second chapter sums up main content of WuLanfu’s ideas; the third chapter is to get some revelations from WuLanfu’s ideas.更多还原
