一种新型人工免疫算法的研究与设计

【摘要】 人工免疫算法是人们受生物免疫原理启发而设计的免疫算法,它主要应用于计算机入侵的检测,并且由前人的广泛的实践,证明了其具有良好的效率。然而,它仍然存在的一些不足,如:检测运行时间长,检测效率不是特别高,误报率和漏报率却较高,因此研究一种新的人工免疫算法来解决上述问题至关重要。本论文主要针对检测的运行时间长的问题,以一种新型人工免疫算法为主要的研究对象,在分析原始人工免疫算法的基础上,对其进行了改进设计。主要内容为:1.阐述了生物免疫系统的基本原理,由此引出免疫算法。2.阐述了一般人工免疫算法及几种免疫算法的流程,在研究了它们的基本特性,吸取它们中的好的可用的方法后,提出了以原有人工免疫算法进行改进而设计的新型人工免疫算法,尤其是对于抗原编码这一步骤进行了详细设计。然后,对该算法进行了运行时间的分析,并以KDD数据集为测试集进行测试,以证明达到了预期的提高检测速度的目的。

【Abstract】 Manpower immunity arithmetic is a immunity arithmetic designed by our people when they enlightened by the biology immunity theory, it has a good efficiency on inbreak detect of computers. However, with its deficiency,such as, low working speed, not very high efficiency, high misinformation and fail to report efficiency. As a result, to research a new manpower immunity arithmetic to resolve those problems may be an important idea.This paper is mainly aimed at the slow working speed problem, with a new manpower immunity arithmetic as the major researching object, analysed and improved the original manpower immunity arithmetic, finally, a new manpower immunity arithmetic is designed. The main content are as follows:1.Expatiated the biology immunity basic theory, then educe the immunity arithmetic.2.Expatiated the manpower immunity arithmetic and several immunity arithmetics’ flow, studied their characteristics,assimilate their good available methods.Then improved the original manpower immunity arithmetic and designed a new manpower immunity arithmetic,designed the particular process of antigen coding especially.Then,analysed it in testing time, and use KDD made an actual experimentation in order to prove that the new arithmetic can reach the prospective aim of enhancing the testing speed.
