基于遗传算法的ERP生产计划系统的优化研究

【摘要】 生产计划系统是企业ERP系统的关键部分,直接关系着企业的生产、经营和管理效率。其中有效的计划算法能最大限度地降低生产成本,增强市场竞争力。而现有的ERP软件继承了MRPII的计划管理模型,其编制计划的方法仍然采用MRP和MPS计算物料的需求、发布补充订单等。这种传统的生产计划制定方法跟调度是分开的,在制定计划时不考虑详细的调度约束,因此制定的生产计划往往得不到可行的调度解。基于此,将优化方法的理论研究引入到车间生产计划排产领域当中,改进算法性能、拓宽算法应用领域、完善算法体系,开发实现一种通用性好、智能化程度高的生产作业计划与调度的集成系统,是一个同时具有理论意义和应用价值的课题。本文在综述了现有计划调度问题求解算法的基础上,系统地研究了遗传算法的相关理论,提出了基于遗传算法的ERP生产计划系统的优化思路和方法。具体地,本文主要就以下几个方面进行了研究:首先,本文分析了生产计划系统的发展历史及其各自的优缺点,总结了现有的计划排产与调度算法,指出了选择遗传算法作为排产优化算法的优势。其次,本文着重研究了遗传算法的相关理论及其改进算法在生产计划与调度领域的应用现状,在此基础上,分别针对Job Shop和Flow Shop调度问题提出了改进的遗传算法,设计了算法的编码方法、交叉操作和变异操作等,并给出了详细的描述和改进算法流程图,最后用著名的标准问题对改进算法进行测试,验证了它们的可行性和相对其它算法的优越性。再次,用VC++为开发工具,开发实现了基于改进遗传算法的车间调度系统,详细介绍了各个模块的功能与操作,最后运用设备利用率验证了算法的可行性和实用性,为实现企业车间ERP系统计划与调度功能的集成优化奠定了基础。最后,对全文的工作进行了总结,并展望了遗传算法以及计划排产优化系统需要进一步研究的课题和发展方向。

【Abstract】 As a key part of ERP, the Production Planning System is directly related to the production, operation and efficiency of management. Effective planning algorithms can reduce production cost furthest and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise. But, the existing ERP software inherited the plan management model of the MRPⅡ, in which the method that it makes plan still adopts MRP and MPS compute the need of a material and releases complement order etc.This kind of traditional method of making production planning is separate with scheduling, and take no account of scheduling restriction in detail when it is making plan, therefore, the production plan usually can not find feasible scheduling arrange.According to this, it is a topic that has theories meaning and applies value in the meantime to enter the theory research of optimization method into the field of workshop production planning, improve algorithm function, broaden the application field of algorithm, perfect algorithm system, design and actualize a integration system of good general and intelligent that includes production planning and scheduling.Based on summarizing the existing algorithm that is adopted to resolve planning and scheduling problem, this thesis made some research on a series theory of Genetic Algorithm by the numbers and pointed out the optimized way and method of ERP production planning system with Genetic Algorithm. Specifically, the main research work this thesis concerns is as follows:First, this thesis analyzed the phase and its advantage or disadvantage of production planning system, summarized the existing algorithm that is adopted to resolve planning and scheduling problem and pointed out the advantage of selecting Genetic Algorithm as planning optimized method.Second, this thesis made fully research on the application of Genetic Algorithm and its improvement in the field of production planning and scheduling. According to this, this thesis designed the coding method, crossover and mutation method etc. and provided particular description and flow chart of the improved algorithm aiming at differently the scheduling problem of Job Shop and Flow Shop. In the end, this thesis tested the algorithm mentioned with famous Benchmark problem, verified the validity and advantage comparatively other algorithm of relating algorithm.Third, this thesis designed and realized the workshop scheduling system based on improved algorithm, which selected VC++ as design tool, then, introduced the functions and operations modules of the system in detail.Lastly, this thesis tested feasibility and practicability of the algorithm with the ratio of equipment employed, and it laid the foundation for the realization of integrated optimization between planning and scheduling function in the enterprise’s ERP system.Finally, this thesis summarized this thesis concerns and pointed out the topic and direction which should be researched continually.
