应力吸收层技术的研究

【摘要】 改性沥青混合料应力吸收层是以推迟反射裂缝的发生时间为主要目的而设置在路面结构中的一种特殊的沥青混合料,它在延缓或抑制旧水泥混凝土路面的反射裂缝方面具有优越性,是旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层结构采用的一种重要技术方案。本文首先运用线弹性断裂力学理论对反射裂缝的扩展机理进行了分析;借鉴Superpave的设计思想,对应力吸收层沥青混合料配合比设计方法进行了研究;利用美国SHRP沥青结合料规范,对应力吸收层所用沥青样品进行了选择和评价;提出了应力吸收层矿料的级配范围;评价了应力吸收层沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能、疲劳性能、高温性能、抗水损害性能等路用性能。最后,通过试验路验证应力吸收层沥青混合料配合比设计方法,还对应力吸收层的施工工艺和施工控制进行了探讨。最后,关于进一步研究的方向进行了简要的讨论。

【Abstract】 As a specific asphalt mixtures, Stress-Absorbing Interlayer is setting in pavement to postpone the process of reflective cracking reflect to the surface of pavement. It has a lot of preferable merit in postpone and prevent the Reflective Cracking in old cement concrete pavement rebuild project. It is becoming one of important technological schemes in adding asphalt overlay on the old cement concrete road surface.Linear fracture mechanics has been used in this paper to analysis the mechanism of reflective cracking, and the mix design process of Stress-Absorbing Interlayer has been written in the paper by study of mix design process of Superpave. In this paper, the performance of the stress-absorbing interlayer asphalt has been evaluated according to SHRP Performance Graded Specifications. We worked out the range of Stress-Absorbing Interlayer gradation according to Superpave. The performance of Stress-Absorbing Interlayer has been evaluated in the paper including low temperature anti-crack performance, fatigue performance, high temperature performance and the performance that resisted the water. In the end of the paper, the mix design of Stress-Absorbing Interlayer has been validated through test road, and then the construction technics and control of Stress-Absorbing Interlayer has been discussed.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
