一种空间可展开精密光学望远镜的展开动力学分析

【摘要】 空间精密展开机构是空间可展开精密光学望远镜的重要组成部分,也是其关键和基础之一。深入研究空间精密展开机构展开过程的动力学特性,对其进行精确的多柔体系统动力学建模仿真分析具有十分重要的意义。本文总结了空间可展开机构关于多体系统动力学仿真的几种常用建模方法,并分析了其各自的优缺点。针对空间精密展开机构的具体结构形式及其复杂、高精密的特点,对空间精密展开机构多柔体系统动力学的精细建模方法进行了研究。基于动态子结构的思想和模态综合技术,提出了空间精密展开机构系统及各部件单元的建模方法。首先将空间精密展开机构划分为若干子结构单元,然后,借助有限元软件和模态综合技术建立了空间精密展开机构的各子结构单元的柔性体模型,重点对具有复杂组合结构的构件的柔性体建模方法进行了研究。最后,将各子结构单元通过适当的约束关系装配,建立了完整的空间精密展开机构的多柔体系统动力学仿真模型。模型仿真结果表明,该方法能更为准确地反映空间精密展开机构的动力学特性,为此类复杂、精密的空间可展开机构的多柔体系统动力学建模研究提供了有价值的参考。

【Abstract】 The space precision deployable mechanism is an important part, and also is the key and foundation of the space deployable precision optical telescope. It is of great important to build the flexible multibody dynamic model and make deep research into the deployment dynamic characteristics of the space precision deployable mechanism.Several common modeling methods for the dynamics simulation of the space deployable mechanism are summarized in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of that are analyzed. Aiming at the concrete structure and the high precision characteristics of the space precision deployable mechanism, the fine modeling method for the dynamics of flexible multibody systems about the space precision deployable mechanism is researched.Based on the dynamic substructure and the component mode synthesis method, the modeling methods of the space precision deployable mechanism system and its components are proposed. Firstly, the space precision deployable mechanism is divided into some substructures. All the substructures’ flexible models of the space precision deployable mechanism are built by the finite element software and the component mode synthesis method. The flexible modeling methods of the components that have complex composite structures are analyzed emphatically. Lastly, the dynamics models of flexible multibody systems about the space precision deployable mechanism are built by assembling all the substructures. The dynamic characteristics of the flexible multibody system in the deployment process of the space precision deployable mechanism are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the modeling method introduced has better accuracy in reflecting the dynamic characteristics of the space precision deployable mechanism. The method also provides valuable reference for the flexible multibody dynamics modeling about this kind of complex and precision space deployable mechanisms.
