【摘要】 作为世界上对外资有最大吸引力的发展中国家,中国自20世纪90年代以来,在利用外资方面就取得了巨大的成就,尤其是2001年加入WTO以后,利用外资的发展速度更是突出,并对中国经济产生了重大的影响。因此对FDI的研究一直是我国学者的一个研究重点。但是随着经济全球化的不断发展以及国际直接投资(FDI)和国际贸易在发展上的逐渐融合,各国学者不再孤立地研究FDI的发展,而是开始将FDI理论与国际贸易理论相融合起来。因此,我国国内的学者也开始从单独讨论FDI转移到开始研究FDI与我国对外贸易的关系上来。基于此,本文选择了FDI对我国对外贸易发展的影响作为研究的主题。本文利用计量模型对FDI对我国对外贸易的影响进行了实证分析,结果显示FDI的流入在整体上促进了我国对外贸易的发展。在充分肯定FDI对我国对外贸易发展的正面作用的同时,本文也客观地指出了FDI的流入对我国对外贸易带了的一些负面影响。此外,本文还把贸易模式和国别作为因素考虑其中,分析了FDI对我国不同贸易模式的不同影响以及不同国家对我国的投资所产生的不同贸易效应。最后,针对上述各方面分析中提到的我国利用外资方面存在的问题,本文提出了今后更好吸引外资来促进我国对外贸易发展的一些政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a developing country with the largest attraction to the foreign investment, China has got great achievement since 1990’s, in the respect of using foreign investments, especially after entering into WTO in 2001. Furthermore, FDI has affected the economy of China greatly. So every scholar pays great attention on FDI. However, with the gradual development of the economic globalization, as well as the mergence of FDI and international trade theory, the scholars of other country become to combine the FDI theory with the international trade theory instead of studying FDI theory alone. Therefore, the scholars of our country also begin to study the relationship between FDI and international trade. Basing on the above mentioned condition, the dissertation chooses the effect of FDI to the foreign trade of our country as the theme.The dissertation makes empirical analysis on the effect of FDI to the foreign trade of our country by econometric model. The result shows that FDI is good for the development of foreign trade in our country. The dissertation also points out some bad effects of FDI to the foreign trade of our country. Besides, the dissertation considers the model of trade and country as two factors which may affect the relationship of FDI and foreign trade. The result shows that FDI makes different effects on different model of trade and FDI from difficult country makes difficult effects on foreign trade. Basing on the above analysis, the dissertation gives some suggestions on how to make good use of FDI to promote the development of foreign trade of our country in the future.更多还原
