以氨基硫脲为原料的螯合吸附树脂的制备及其吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 氨基硫脲是一种具有很高S,N含量的有机小分子,用它对树脂进行改性,可以制备吸附性能优良的高分子螯合吸附树脂。氨基硫脲通过Mannich反应可以对交联聚丙烯酰胺进行改性。用红外光谱对它的结构进行了表征。测定了该螯合吸附树脂对几种金属离子的吸附特性。研究了吸附动力学,等温吸附等静态吸附性能,发现树脂对于金属离子有良好的吸附性能,等温吸附测定表明在实验浓度范围内吸附符合Langmuir方程。以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体,二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,甲苯为致孔剂,用悬浮聚合制得大孔GD球状树脂。用氨基硫脲(TSC)对GD树脂进行功能化改性,反应制备得到氨基硫脲改性GD树脂(GDT)。测定了该树脂对几种金属离子的吸附特性。研究了吸附动力学,等温吸附等静态吸附性能,发现树脂对于金属离子有良好的吸附性能,等温吸附测定表明在稀浓度范围内吸附符合Langmuir方程。以氨基硫脲和甲醛为原料,用一步法合成了一种新型螯合吸附树脂。测定了树脂对几种金属离子的吸附容量和吸附率,研究了吸附动力学、等温吸附等静态吸附性能。实验发现,树脂对某些贵金属离子有相当高的吸附容量和吸附率,对金离子有很好的吸附选择性,等温吸附测定表明在稀浓度范围内吸附符合Langmuir方程。
【Abstract】 Thiosemicarbazide with a very high concentration of S and N can be used in modification of resin; directly applied in polymerization, the production could be used in preparing chelating resin which has high adsorption capacities.Modified crosslinked polyacrylamide was prepared by Mannich reaction using thiosemicarbazide.FT-IR spectroscopic analysis confirmed its structure. The adsorption capacities, adsorbing rates and adsorbing kinetics of the resin for Ag(Ⅰ),Pb(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) were determined by atomic adsorbing spectrometry and titration respectively. It was found that the resin had high adsorption capacities for Ag(Ⅰ). The adsorption isotherms approximately fit the Langmuir equation within the range of experimental concentrations.Macroporous glycidyl methacrylate-divinylbenzene copolymer beads were synthesized with toluene as porogenic agen by suspension copolymerization. Macroporous glycidyl methacrylate-divinylbenzene copolymer was modified by thiosemicarbazide. The composition and structure of the resin were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectrometry. The adsorption capacities, adsorbing rates and adsorbing kinetics of the resin for Ag(Ⅰ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ) were determined by atomic adsorbing spectrometry and titration respectively. It was found that the resin had high adsorption capacities for Ag(Ⅰ).The adsorption behavior corresponded to Langmuir and adsorbing equation in dilute concentration range.A novel chelating resin based on thiosemicarbazide and formaldehyde aqueous was synthesized through one step reaction. The composition and structure of the resin were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectrometry. The adsorption capacities, adsorbing rates, adsorbing selectivity and adsorbing kinetics of the resin for Au(III),Ag(Ⅰ),Zn(II),Pb(II),Hg(Ⅰ) were determined by atomic adsorbing spectrometry and titration respectively. It was found that the resin had relatively high adsorption capacities and rates for Au(III) and Ag(Ⅰ) compared to resins reported work. The resin had a particular adsorbing selectivity for Au(III) from its mixed solutions of some other metallic ions. The adsorption behavior corresponded to Langmuir adsorbing equation in dilute concentration range.
