【摘要】 成都铁路枢纽位于西部特大中心城市成都市,该市辖10区4市6县,经济发展和城市化进程迅速,城市辐射能力强,带来了人流、物流的大幅度上升,产生了大量的城市交通运输需求。成都铁路枢纽集中了多条线路和大量的从业人员,提供高密度的交通运输服务,并且正处于跨越式发展进程中,对城市交通具有枢纽关联和影响功能,有很强的参与性。本文对这种参与性进行定量分析和定性研究,并对这种参与性的实现做出整合规划,使铁路在未来城市快速轨道交通系统,尤其是在市郊铁路、城市铁路及城市轻轨中占据主动地位,对于成都铁路枢纽的合理发展,拓展铁路运输业务的覆盖范围,增进与城市交通系统的协同运作,吸引更多的铁路客、货运量,取得最大化的经济效益意义重大。通过规划新建覆盖成都10区4市6县的城市轨道交通网络的建设方案及可行性分析,得出在成都枢纽既有线路与新的城市轨道交通网的整合方式、客货运输组织规划、车辆结构与规模,主要内容包括:1.分析国内外铁路与城市交通整合的现状与发展趋势。2.分析并预测成都铁路枢纽的现状与发展,及其与整个城市交通运输大系统、各方式间的作用关系和作用结果,研究其参与城市交通的可行性和必要性。3.在对铁路枢纽与城市交通各方式进行调研的基础上,研究这两部分之间的协调方案及结合部的设计、整合和优化,提出国铁参与城市轨道交通的体制问题与政策措施。4.成都铁路枢纽与市域交通运输系统的整合规划,包括铁路新线建设、既有线改造、网络衔接、枢纽配置、车辆结构与规模;客货运输组织规划;运输服务及辅助服务规划;综合运输系统整合;以及对规划的评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chengdu Railway Hinge lies in especially big center city-Chengdu, which governs ten boroughs, four cities and six counties. with the development of Economy and urbanization process, urban radiating capacity is becoming stronger, making people flow and goods transportation greatly increased, bringing about more urban transportation demand. Chengdu Railway Hinge centralizes many lines and more jobholders, provides high density of transportation, and it is in the leap development. So it can participate in urban traffic because of its influence to urban traffic. This paper has studied the quantitative and qualitative analysis to realize the conformity planning for the participation, to make railway hold on an important status in urban rail traffic especially suburb railway, city railway and urban light rail. This can promote Chengdu Railway Hinge’s development in reason, open up the transportation operation of railway, cooperate with the city traffic, attract more passenger transport and freight, to maximize economic benefits. The method of integration and programming of passenger transport and freight and structure and scale of vehicle of Urban rail traffic are gained by programming construction project and feasibility analysis of Chengdu’s urban rail traffic network which cover with ten boroughs, four cities and six counties.The main contents include:Firstly, analyze the current situation and development trend of conformity between railway and urban traffic;Secondly, forecast Chengdu Railway Hinges’s current situation and development and the relation and result among methods in whole urban traffic system, study the feasibility and necessity of participation in urban traffic;Thirdly, investigate the railway Hinge and each method of urban traffic, study coordination solution and joint part’s design, integration and optimization, bring forward system problem and policy measures between them;At last, bring forward the conformity planning between Chengdu railway Hinge and urban traffic system, including new line’s construction, line’s transformation, network’s cohesion, hub’s configuration, vehicle’s structure and scale, passenger and goods transportation tissue planning, transportation service and auxiliary service planning, comprehensive transportation system’s integration and evaluation to planning.更多还原
