多机牵引无线同步智能控制系统的研究

【摘要】 多机牵引无线同步控制系统以其优良的系统特点在我国重载铁路运输中得到了一定的应用。目前国内使用的多机牵引无线同步控制系统多为美国GE公司的Locotrol系统,但其应用条件与我国的重载线路有着巨大的差异。基于此种现状,本论文结合成都铁路局项目“多机牵引无线同步操纵系统”,以SS3B非固定重联型电力机车为研究对象,对符合我国实际应用要求的多机牵引列车无线同步控制的理论和系统进行了研究。在深入学习和研究了国内外多机牵引无线同步控制系统的组成与工作原理后,根据我国重载运输线路的特殊性和复杂性,以及现有投入重载运输的电力机车的特点,采用无线通信方式来实现机车的分布式动力控制,解决列车运行中平稳性与安全性的问题。重点通过对多机牵引列车纵向动力学结论以及司机的优秀操纵经验的研究和分析总结,提出切实可行的列车安全运行控制策略。同时对多机牵引列车安全专家系统的理论进行了分析,提出了采用列车纵向力裕量作为列车运行安全性评价标准的新观点和方法,运用智能控制理论设计出了多机牵引无线同步控制系统。对系统总体结构和工作原理进行了详细的介绍,并对机车控制信号和状态信号的采集模块、无线通信传输模块、中央控制模块、输出控制模块和状态信号输出显示等模块的硬件电路设计思想和软件原理给予介绍,最后介绍了系统软硬件的可靠性措施。结合研制实际系统的过程以及本论文的研究结果,并通过该系统在实验室的试验运行,本文在文章结尾总结了取得的成果,提出了系统的不足,给出了作者的建议,同时对该项理论和技术的前景进行了分析和展望。

【Abstract】 Multi-Locomotive Traction Wireless Synchronous Control System was applied widely to our heavy haul railage with it’s excellent performance in China. Most of the multi-locomotive traction wireless synchronous control system using in China adopts Locotrol system of GE Co. of America, but its application condition has a large difference in our heavy haul railways. Based on the actuality, the thesis takes the electric power Locomotive of SS3B non-immobility double heading as research object, and based on the project of Multi-Locomotive Traction Wireless Synchronous Control System for Chengdu Railway Company, researched the theory and system meeting our application requirement.After deeply learning and researching the structure and work principle of multi-locomotive wireless synchronous control system both at home and abroad, according to particularity and complexity of our heavy haul railway, besides the Locomotive in use currently. On this condition, the system adopts wireless communications mode realizing the control of locomotive with distributed dynamic, to solve the problems of stability and security of the trains. The thesis focuses on the conclusion of longitudinal dynamics of heavy haul train and excellence manipulation experience of the driver, puts forward feasible control strategy for security of freight train. While the thesis analyses multi-locomotive traction expert system’s theory, and it takes a new standpoint and method with longitudinal dynamics allowance as a evaluation standard for train’s security, designed the system using intelligent control theory and technology. Introduces the general structure and work principle of the system , the hardware and software design principle of control signal acquisition module, status signal acquisition module, wireless communications transmission module, center control module, output control module and status signal output display module. Finally, introduces the reliability measure of the hardware and software. Combined with the development process of the practical system and results of the thesis, and by test operation in the laboratory, the thesis summarizes the achievements and deficiency of the system, points out author’s suggestion, and makes analysis and prospect for this theory and technology in the end.
