心血管疾病预警系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着现代社会压力越来越大,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们对于身体健康的和各种疾病的关注也越来越多,因此,有效的、低成本的早期诊断方法和设备成为研究的热点。脉搏是人体生理活动中最重要、最灵敏和最可靠的信息源,是反映人体健康的重要窗口。通过采集脉搏信号并对其进行分析就可以在疾病的早期就发现征兆,预防某些疾病的发生。随着脉搏波分析监测理论的不断发展完善,国外将这些理论运用于临床实践例子也越来越多,然而国内的这些研究和开发工作还刚刚开始起步。本文根据脉搏波分析监测理论设计了心血管疾病预警系统,其功能是监测脉搏信号,实时反应出当前的心血管状态,当心血管系统处于异常状态时,监控人员和系统可以发现,及时发出警示信息。本系统利用嵌入式系统的特点,以及相关需求提出新颖的解决方案,即前端嵌入式采集预处理部分+后端服务器。前端嵌入式采集预处理部分初步处理脉搏数据,可以独立于后台单独运行,后端服务器分类存储数据,并且做更细致的数据分析,从而形成一个双体诊疗辅助系统。本系统有短期和长期两大功用,短期来说,当监控对象出现心血管异常例如心脏阻塞时可以立即报警,就长期来说,为监控对象建立一个心血管状态历史供医生参考,当心血管功能出现衰退的趋势时,及时为监控对象提出改善意见。本文首先论述了心血管疾病预警系统的设计结构,包括总体系统拓扑结构,和前后端的设计;其次是各部分具体的实现;然后章节阐明了脉搏分析的医学机理和脉搏检测的方法特点,并且介绍了运用于本系统上的一些算法,并对这些算法,在嵌入式系统上的运行效率进行了量化的分析,对程序的优化问题进行了深入的讨论。最后对所做的工作进行了总结,指出系统有待提高的地方。

【Abstract】 With the more and more pressure coming from society and improvement of live level, people put more focus on their own health. So effective medical diagnostic methods and devices become the hotspot of researches. Pulse is the most important, sensitive and reliable information of human activities and it indicates the status of human healthy. Sampling and analysis from the pulse can find early symptoms of certain disease, thus prevent the disease become worse.As the development of the pulse detect theory, the examples of the usage of this theory on clinic become more and more on broad, while it is just begin in our country. This paper designed cardiovascular disease early-warning system based on this pulse wave analysis theory, whose function is detecting pulse signals, display the status of cardiovascular in real-time, when the cardiovascular is abnormal, it can issue an alert message. This system takes the advantages of embedded system and the request present a new solution, which is composed of a front embedded system and a backend analysis system. The front embedded system mainly handles the collection and basic process of pulse signal, which can work alone, while the backend system mainly handled the storage of data, and make senior process of the signal. The two can both work alone without each other, and becoming a two-part aided diagnosis system for the doctor and the sick. The system has two main functions - short term and long term. In the aspect of short term it can rise alarm when the cardiovascular is abnormal, in the aspect of long term, it can provide a reference for the doctor, which is important for the doctor to present an advice when the function of cardiovascular display a decrease trend.This paper presents the system design of cardiovascular disease early-warning system, including system topology structure and the front embedded system and the backend analysis system. Then put main focus on the reality of every component. The base theories of the pulse detecting and spectral analysis are introduced, as well as some arithmetic used on the system. Then the arithmetic in the environment of embedded system is analyzed with deep research on the optimization. At last summarizes the work of this paper, points out the future of the system.
