新型混合动力汽车双转子电机控制系统的设计

【摘要】 随着全球石油资源的紧张和大气污染的日益严重,混合动力汽车受到越来越广泛的关注。混合动力电动汽车(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,简称HEV)是在一辆汽车上同时配备电力驱动系统和辅助动力单元(APU)的汽车。与电动汽车和燃油汽车相比,混合动力电动汽车具有高的燃油经济性、高性能和低排放的优势。混合动力汽车要进入实用化,需要合理解决机电耦合传动模式等问题。因此,建立一种高效能电机驱动系统,并采用一种有效的控制方法,是解决混合动力电动汽车技术革新的一项关键内容。本课题提出了一种新型的双转子电机结构应用于混合动力汽车驱动系统中,并设计了其控制系统。其具有结构简单、运行可靠、功率分配比合理等特点,理论上解决了传统混合动力电动汽车中两个级联电机的复杂结构和功率不均衡的问题。本文主要进行双转子电机控制系统的设计。首先,推导出了双转子电机的数学模型,提出了其转子磁场定向的控制策略,并利用MatLab/SimuLink/S-Function进行数字仿真验证电机模型及控制方案的正确性。另外,设计了双转子电机逆变变频控制器硬件电路及其软件控制系统。其中,硬件电路包括主功率电路、DSP最小系统电路、控制采样电路、开关电源电路以及显示电路等,控制系统以TMS320LF2407型号DSP为控制核心,提出了一种转子磁场定向控制策略,仿真实现了电机各种运行状态的控制。最终验证了双转子电机结构在混合动力汽车驱动系统中应用是可行的。

【Abstract】 With the decrease of global petroleum resources and the severity of world-wide air pollution, development for new technology of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) is becoming the focus in this field. Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) is an automobile that is provided with the electric power drive system and the Assistant Power Unit (APU) in the meantime. Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) has some advantages such as high economy of fuel, high performance and low exhaust compared with Electric Vehicle (EV) and traditional automobile.If the technology of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) will be developed in the future, it needs to be resolved the problem that is coupling transmission mode of electromechanical system. So, it is an important thing of development the technique of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) that a kind of high performance motor drive system is developed and an effective control method of it is adopted.A kind of novel motor configuration of Double Rotor Motor applied to the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) system is proposed, and the controller of it is designed in this paper. It has some advantages such as simple configuration, reasonable power allotment ratio, working credibly and so on. It resolves the problems that are the structure is complicated and power is imbalanced of two motors connection configuration in traditional Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) in theory.The controller of this Double Rotor Motor is designed in this paper. First of all, mathematical model of the Double Rotor Motor is derived, and the control method of rotor magnetic field oriented is proposed. Then the validity of them is verified by Mat Lab/Simu Link/S-Function numerical simulation. Next, the hardware circuit and the software control system of the controller are designed in this paper. It consists of power circuit, control and sampling circuit, switch power supply circuit, and the display circuit in structure. In control system, it takes the DSP of TMS320LF2407 as control core. It is proposed a kind of control method of rotor magnetic field oriented to achieve the working states of this motor by simulating. Therefore, it is verified that the Double Rotor Motor applied to Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) system is feasible.
