【摘要】 当今世界经济正走向服务经济时代,一个显著的标志就是现代服务业在各国经济发展中的地位不断提升。无论是现代服务业增加值占GDP的比重,还是现代服务业就业占总就业的比重,现代服务业都已经成为现代经济中最具发展潜力的核心领域。而集群作为现代服务业发展的有效组织方式,能产生良好的经济效应和网络效应,是现代服务业发展空间分布的最佳模式。目前,世界上许多大城市都把促进现代服务业集群发展作为增强城市国际竞争力的一个重要的战略举措。上海作为全国经济最发达的城市,在推进“四个中心”的进程中,现代服务业获得了迅猛的发展,现代服务业集群的发展也已初具雏形。但相对于伦敦、纽约、东京等国际大都市,上海的现代服务业发展差距仍很大,现代服务业集群还处于起步阶段,这与上海国际大都市的定位不相吻合。因此,从地理学的视角系统地研究现代服务业集群的特点、发展规律以及存在的问题对于加快上海现代服务业发展、促进上海经济繁荣、提高上海国际竞争力具有着非常重要的理论和现实意义。本文运用产业集群的相关理论诠释了现代服务业集群的概念、特征以及发展意义,在回顾上海现代服务业集群发展阶段的基础上,重点分析了上海现代服务业集群空间布局、产业特征以及动力机制,并通过与国内外区域中心城市相关指标的比较分析以及TC贸易指数的定量分析来评析上海现代服务业集群的国际竞争力;论文选择赤峰路建筑设计服务业集群、陆家嘴金融服务业集群以及外高桥贸易服务业集群三个具有代表性的现代服务业集群,归纳了现代服务业集群的不同发展模式;并通过对伦敦、东京、印度等国外大都市现代服务业集群发展的案例分析,总结出现代服务业集群形成发展的规律及经验,以期为上海现代服务业集群的发展提供借鉴;最后结合上海现代服务业集群发展过程中存在的一些问题提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The world economy is moving toward the service economy era. One remarkable sign is the position of the Modern Service Industry improves continuously for now. For not only the ratio of GDP it takes, but also ratio of industry it takes, the Modern Service Industry has been the core field of modern economy. Cluster, as the valid organization mode, can produce the good economic benefit and network benefit. It is the best mode for contemporary service trade.Now, many large cities all over the world take improving the Modern Service Industry cluster as an important strategic way. In the process of realize "four centers", the Modern Service Industry of the ShangHai improves rapidly. But, there is a big gap with some international metropolis, such as London, New York, Tokyo. Shanghai is still in the first phase of contemporary service trade. Obviously, It is not compatible with the orientation of international metropolis. So it is very important to study the problems, developing laws, features of the Modern Service Industry cluster from the view of geography. Also, it will boost Shanghai economy and enhance the international competition.This thesis analyzes the concepts of the Modern Service Industry cluster. Based on the analysis of seedtime for the Modern Service Industry cluster, this thesis emphatically analyzes space layout, features and power mechanism. At last, it evaluates the international competition of Shanghai’s Modern Service Industry cluster. The thesis take the ChiFeng Road, LuJiaZui, WaiGao bridge as three representational areas to summarize the different development mode. Then, it summarizes the development rules and experience of the Modern Service Industry by the analysis of successful cases. At last, the thesis gives corresponding suggestions for the problems they are mentioned above.更多还原
