线性反馈移位寄存器在射频识别系统中的应用

【摘要】 射频识别(radio frequency identification)是在上世纪九十年代以来一个新兴的自动识别技术,这是通过利用射频信号通过空间耦合(交变磁场或者电磁场)实现无接触信息传递并通过所传递的信息达到识别目的的技术。射频识别系统在当今社会中广泛应用于物流,自动化商品识别和人群识别中。基于国内外的应用现状,本文系统地给出了一个将线性反馈移位寄存器应用在射频识别系统的应答器中的解决方案。本课题设计的是一种基于13.56MHz频段的射频识别系统,分别详细设计了应答器和读写器的各个组成部分,对于关键的电路和算法有一定的创新,例如使用MOS管替代传统的二极管进行整流,使用D类射频功率放大器来提高系统的作用距离,利用线性序列作为通信的命令字等。在模拟部分的介绍中,具体给出了一些关键电路的作用和实现,如应答器中的负载调制,改进的桥式整流电路;读写器的数字信号的调制,射频功率放大器的实现等等。在数字部分中,分别介绍了控制单元和存储单元的实现,线性反馈移位寄存器的实现,以及对于这个系统的工作原理进行了阐述。由于线性序列的伪随机性等特点,这种将线性反馈移位寄存器应用于射频识别系统中的技术大大提高了系统的效率和保密性;移位寄存器和电可擦除随机存储器(EEPROM)作为控制单元,提高了系统的响应速度;以铁电存储器(FRAM)作为存储单元,降低了读写的响应时间和系统功耗。本课题已经分别独立完成了各个部分的功能模块,相信在通过联调和系统测试后,可以广泛应用于图书馆管理系统,物流管理系统,个人身份识别等各个应用方面。
【Abstract】 Radio Frequency Identification is a new method of the auto-identification filed, it is the technology of which makes use of radio frequency coupling in space(alternative magnetic field or alternative electromagnetic field) to implement information communication and realize the automatic identification. As for the using of the world and China, we give a solution of the RFID system.This paper studied a kind of radio frequency identification (RFID) solution with the feature of liner-feedback-shift-register, which works at the 13.56MHz frequency. It shows the designer of the tag and target, some innovations of the key circuits and arithmetic, such as using MOS rather than diode for commutate; the impendence modulation of the tag, the type D radio frequency power amplifier.In the introduction of the analog part, it gives some key circuits’ designer, such as the impendence modulation of the tag, improved commutate circuits; the modulation of the target and the type D power amplifier.In the introduction of the digit part, it gives the designer of the control section and the memory section, the liner-feedback-shift-register and show the work principle of the tag. This solution can improve the efficiency and reliability by taking advantage of the liner-serial’s randomicity. Combining the shift-register and EEPROM as control cell can increase the speed of responding. It also can decrease the responding of reading or writing signals, system consumption for the system through using the FRAM as memory cell.The key part of the designer has already done, after the module inter test and the system test, we confirm the system will be popular used in the field of book management, goods distribution, products circulation and so on.
