自动化立体仓库管理与监控系统研究

【摘要】 自动化立体仓库是现代物流技术的核心,其空间利用率高,仓储能力强,能够通过计算机进行控制管理,实现货物搬运、存取的机械化和自动化。它符合企业现代化管理的要求,已成为现代企业物流管理不可缺少的仓储技术。因此,对自动化立体仓库的研究具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。本论文研究的内容:基于数据库的自动化立体仓库管理系统、基于组态软件的自动化立体仓库监控系统、基于专家系统的自动化立体仓库的出入库调度策略研究以及管理层、监控层和执行层的网络结构和通信方式等。自动化立体仓库的管理系统是用来管理仓库员工、库存、工作时间、订单和设备的应用软件系统。使用该系统,能有效地管理立体仓库内的各项仓储资源,合理安排仓储任务,并对仓库中的各种设备的状态进行实时监视。通过网络技术,实现共享仓储资源和优化库存结构。因此,仓库管理系统对立体仓库的效率具有决定性的作用,其最终目标是降低产品的库存成本,提升企业的市场竞争力。在管理系统中,本文研究内容涉及到自动化仓库管理系统的整体结构、组成模块,数据库系统的建立,货位分配策略、入出库算法与实现、库存优化等。对自动化立体仓库出入库调度问题开展了如下工作:1、系统研究了专家系统的建造原理和技术,提出应用专家系统解决自动化立体仓库出入库调度的总体方案。2、在对自动化立体仓库作业调度和货位分配原则的归纳、总结基础上,选择了合适的出入库调度的知识表示方式,构建了知识库中的规则。3、根据已有的知识表示方式和自动化立体仓库出入库调度的特点,构建了相应的推理机制,在理论上验证了专家系统应用于自动化立体仓库出入库调度的可行性。监控系统采用组态软件编写,组态软件可以方便的与上位管理机和下位执行机构进行通信。监控系统中研究内容包括监控画面的建立,与下位执行机构的通信,执行系统的组成和网络连接,对执行机构的实时控制等。通过数据库以及组态软件I/O设备驱动可以实现自动化立体仓库的管控一体化,提高执行效率,同时存储实时数据信息,满足现代物流系统的需要。
【Abstract】 As the important part of modern logistics technology, automated warehouses have the advantage of highly utilization of space and powerful productivity of storage/retrieval and could be controlled by computers for automatic control of conveying cargoes, which contribute to that it satisfy demands of modern management of enterprises and have played indispensable role in logistics management of modern enterprises. So the study of the automated warehouse system has important theory and engineer significances.The main contents of the thesis: the management system of the automated warehouse based on the database, the study of the strategy of in or out the automated warehouse based on the expert system, the supervisory control system of the automated warehouse based on the configuration software, the network structure and the communication mode of the system.The automated warehouse management system is a kind of application software that can manage staff、stock、working hours、order form and facility in warehouse .Through it, could resources be efficiently managed, storage tasks be reasonable arranged and the status of facilities be real-time monitored. Management system can be linked by together network to share resources and optimize stock structure. In conclusion, the management system has a decisive effect on the performance of automated warehouse. The main purpose of it is to reduce inventory cost of produces in order to raise enterprises’ market competence. In the management system, the thesis discusses the general architecture and the modules of the system, and then it sets up the reasonable database system, researches the strategy of placing the goods and the strategy of sequencing the task etc.In this paper, several works have been done about scheduling in or out the warehouse: 1.Studying the principle and technique of the expert system and putting forward the main scheme about scheduling in or out automated warehouse with the expert system.2.Choosing appropriate expression of scheduling in or out warehouse and establish the rules of repository on the base of conclusion and summary in the scheduling in or out warehouse and distributing of cargo location.3.Building relevant illative mechanism according to the current way of knowledge expression and the characteristic of scheduling in or out warehouse ,then illuminating the feasibility of the expert system apply in or out warehouse according to theory.The supervisory control system is programmed by the configuration software. The configuration software can communicate with the management computer and the actuating equipments easily. The thesis introduces how to set up the monitoring picture and to communicate with the actuating equipments. The thesis also discusses the composition of the control system and the network of the system. Then it introduces the method of real-time control and the way of warning. Through the database and the configuration software’ drivers of the I/O devices, it is possible to realize the integration of the management and control. Based on that, the efficiency can be raised, the real-time data can be stored and the demand of the modern logistics system can be met.
