低压断路器电磁脱扣特性的研究

【摘要】 随着低压配电系统对自动化、智能化要求的不断提高,低压断路器正在朝模块化、智能化、网络化方向迅速发展。在航空航海等特殊领域,出于对供电方式和环境使用等因素的考虑,目前较多采用中频400Hz进行供电,而不同频率条件下断路器的脱扣特性、开断特性有显著区别,而如何设计断路器来适应特殊频率的要求,已成了设计和制造单位的重要课题。本文对额定电流32A的船用中频断路器进行了研究。首先介绍船用中频断路器的基本结构,并对其核心部件——瞬时电磁脱扣器进行介绍,针对低压断路器瞬时脱扣的要求,引入应用磁场原理的电磁场计算方法,分析了大型有限元分析软件ANSYS的特点。本文针对频率变化对电磁脱扣性能的影响进行了分析,找出工频脱扣器用于400Hz情况下的脱扣电流增大的主要原因。本文分别采用基于磁路和基于磁场两种分析方法,对额定电流32A的船用中频断路器进行仿真分析,进行电磁分析计算。并在此基础上,实现对瞬时脱扣器的优化设计,仿真结果得到试验验证。并提出一种方案对其他规格下断路器瞬时脱扣机构进行优化,解决整个系列中存在的问题。本文利用MATLAB中的GUI模块,开发电磁分析计算软件,实现了样机参数的输入、结果的显示与输出等功能。方便用户进行交互式操作。最后对全文进行总结,并对今后的进一步研究工作进行了展望。
【Abstract】 With the advancement of the requirement of the low-voltage electricity-distributed, the low-voltage circuit-breaker is developing towards the orientation of the modulation, the intellectualization, the network. At the same time, with the appearance of many electric appliance working under the different frequency, also make the different change to the low-voltage electric appliance requirement. In many special field such as aviation and navigation field, considering the power supply function and antijamming , at present mostly is using frequency 400Hz to carry on the power supply. Electric appliance using in the ship design in the present stage mainly depends on the rebuilding of the electric appliance under frequency 50Hz. But the frequency change brings a series of problems. How to design the circuit breaker to adapt the special frequency requirement has become the important topic of the design and the manufacture unit.The paper, with the Low-voltage circuit as its objective, combines with SEARI and does some research in the following fields. Introduce the basic structure of the low-voltage circuit breaker in the ship, and mainly introduce the key part of the circuit breaker—electromagnetism releaser. In view of the low-voltage circuit breaker electromagnetism releaser, introduce the electromagnetic field computational method, introduce large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS.Analyze the influence of frequency change to the electromagnetism attraction performance, discover the main reason of electric current enhancing of 50Hz releaser using in the 400Hz.Applying electromagnetism theory, carries on the electromagnetism analysis computation in view of some section circuit breaker electric current instant tripping mechanism, prove above view point. And this paper uses in MATLAB the GUI module, develop electromagnetism analysis computation software. The user carries on the interactive operation conveniently. Using the magnetic field analysis theory, partially carries on the analysis in view of the electric current release electromagnetism, utilization large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, the use finite element method calculates the low-voltage circuit-breaker release force.Partially carries on the optimized design in view of the current release electromagnetism, the goal is for the purpose of reducing the release current. And propose a plan the circuit breaker release mechanism carries on the optimization to other specifications under, the question which in the solution entire series exists.Finally carries on the summary to the full text, and has carried on the forecast to the next further research work.
