【摘要】 本文介绍了Megafix B型染料的结构特征和染色性能,并结合成衣染色的特点,详细分析了选用Megafix B型染料进行纯棉服装染色的可行性,通过大量的工艺实验得出了一套合理的成衣染色工艺。根据生产经验,针对纯棉服装的前处理、染色和后整理进行了工艺分析,制订了一套较完善的中样、大样生产工艺。结果表明,为提高纯棉服装成衣染色加工水平、提高生产效率、降低生产成本、增强企业经济效益,在生产中尽可能选用染色性能稳定、重现性优良、固色率高、对染色工艺条件不太敏感的染料(如Megafix B型染料)进行成衣染色,这样,可大大提高成衣染色产品质量、降低染色成本、提高市场竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced structure characteristic and the dyeing performance of Megafix B dyes, analysed the feasibility of using Megafix B dyes to carry out pure cotton grament dyeing , put forward a set of rational dyeing technology by large amount of experiments. According to the producing experience, it worked out a set of more perfect middle and large amount production technoiogy through analysis of preparation、dyeing and finishing of pure cotton fabric. The result indicated, in order to enhance the level of garment dyeing、to improve production efficiency、to reduce the production cost and to improve enterprise economic efficiency, we should select the dyes which has stable dyeing property、high repeatability and high fixation but not too sensitive to dyeing conditions (for example Megafix B dyes) to ues in garment dyeing, we can greatly enhance the product quality of garment dyeing, to reduce the dyeing cost、to enhance the market competition.更多还原
