【摘要】 中美双边经贸关系不仅对两国经济的发展,而且对稳定和繁荣世界的经济都具有重要作用。然而自2001年中国加入WTO以来,中美贸易摩擦频繁发生。如何化解两国贸易摩擦使两国经贸关系健康积极发展,已成为中国外贸和经济发展中面临的重大课题。本文从贸易的政治经济学理论出发,结合传统的贸易理论,分别分析了美国和中国贸易政策的形成过程,及中美贸易摩擦产生的原因;采用博弈论对中美两国贸易政策进行政治经济分析。分析发现:美国贸易的政策制定实质上是利益集团通过政治程序来控制立法结果的过程;中国政府贸易政策制定的过程中存在劳动者和社会消费者的考虑。最后本文提出了解决中美贸易摩擦的相应对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of economic and trade relation between China and America is not only important for the two governments, but also important for the world economy. However, trade friction has never really stopped yet since the normalization of the trade relation between the two countries. Especially after china’s entry into WTO, trade friction is frequent which adds negative factors to the further development of the economic and trade relation. Therefore, it is significant to study on Sino-American trade friction both realistically and theoretically.Combined with traditional trade theory, international relations, game theory and mathematical statistics, this paper introduce analysis normal form of trade political economy.We get conclusion for deep-seated reason of Sino-American trade friction: be consistent with the policy making, the emergence of trade friction lies in the process of domestic politics. But it does not mean that China can not do anything to this. Contrarily, China should particularly be aware of the political process of trade policy making. Thus China could positively response to the trade friction through corresponding strategies and tactics.更多还原
