【摘要】 人格与心理健康的关系研究一直是人格和心理健康领域中的重要课题之一,西方心理学界近年来研究较多的是坚韧性人格,但在国内研究较少。本研究通过查阅有关资料、访谈、开放式问卷等方法广泛搜集项目,编制大学生坚韧性人格初测问卷,经过项目分析和因素分析形成大学生坚韧性人格正式问卷。对752名大学生进行调查研究,并探讨了大学生坚韧性人格、应对方式与心理健康的关系。本研究的得出结论主要有:(1)自编大学生坚韧性人格问卷具有较好的信效度。(2)大学生的坚韧性人格总体上在性别、是否独生子女、生源地、学科、年级变量上并无显著差异。但个别维度存在一定的差异。(3)不同坚韧性水平大学生在应对方式和心理症状上有显著差异,同时坚韧性人格与应对方式、心理症状有显著相关。坚韧性人格与积极应对方式呈显著正相关,与消极应对方式和心理症状呈显著负相关。(4)坚韧性人格中的三个因子对心理症状具有一定的预测作用;积极应对方式和消极应对方式对心理症状具有一定的预测作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of the relationship between Personality and Mental Health has been an important topic in the area of Personality and Mental Health. In recent years more psychologists in western countries have done research on Hardiness , but there is less research in China.By the approaches of collection and analysis of literature, interview, open questionnaire, we gathered items of Hardiness, and developed preexprimental questionnaire.By the statistical methods like the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, we developed the formal Hardiness questionnaire.The research investigated Hardiness in 752 college students, and discussed the relationship among Hardiness, Coping Style and Mental Health .Main conclusions of the research are as following:(1)The formal Hardiness questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)The Hardiness of the college students is not significantly different in the gender, whether only child, urban or rural, subject, grade variables, but there is certain difference on the individual dimensions.(3)College students of different Hardiness have significant differences in the Coping Style and Mental Symptoms. Hardiness has significant correlation with the Coping Style and Mental Symptoms. Hardiness has positive correlation with the positive Coping Style, but negative correlation with the negative Coping Style and Mental Symptoms.(4)Three factors of Hardiness questionnaire can forecast Mental Symptoms.
