高效节能多供电中频感应加热电源设计研究

【摘要】 随着人们环保意识的提高以及铸造、冶金等工业行业对大功率感应加热设备需求,研究开发大功率、高效、环保的感应加热用电源设备成为业界所关注的热点技术课题。本课题旨在研究新型高效节能大功率感应加热电源,与合作单位共同研究提出一机三炉感应加热电源装置。此电源装置改变了传统上的一拖一电源的限制,可以极大地提高冶金铸造行业的工作能力。电源整流部分采用12脉波不可控整流方式,使得网侧功率因数可达0.95,电网谐波污染小。逆变部分用KK管组成的半桥串联谐振电路,解决了传统并联谐振启动难等问题。利用AVR单片机作为核心控制处理器,采用数字PI调节算法进行功率调整,对负载匹配进行实时监控,实现了逆变的数字控制,改变了传统模拟电路复杂、维护难、功率控制不方便的弊端。整套一机三炉装置的控制系统,利用PC机作上位机,通过CAN总线来控制三台AVR逆变控制器,实现对现场信息的实时监控功能。整套系统不仅能够提供大功率电能输出,而且具有功率输出任意可调、启动方便,功率因数高、谐波少,对公用电网的污染小的特点。本课题所研究的感应电源装置无论对能源环境还是工业生产实际需求都有很大的现实意义。

【Abstract】 Along with the enhancing of people’s environmental protection consciousness, and the need of foundry and metallurgy for the high-power induction calefaction equipments, it has been one popular spot among the community to research and develop power supply for induction calefaction, which characteristics of high-power, high efficiency and environment-friendly.The aim of the paper is to research and develop a new, high-power, high efficiency and energy-saving intermediate frequency power supply for induction heating. With the cooperative company, we research on designing a power supply for induction heating, which can supply three electronic furnaces. The power supply equipment improves the limit of traditional one power supply for one electronic furnace mode, and enhances the manufacture ability of the metallurgy and foundry industry sharply. The rectification circuit part of the power supply is the 12 pulse wave uncontrollable circuit, and the power factor of the electric network is more than 0.95. This leads to less harmonic waves pollutions. By adopting a half-bridge series resonance circuit made up of with KK as the inverse variation part, we solve the difficulty of startup of the tradition parallel resonance circuit. The controller is AVR, using digital PI algorithm to control the power supply, monitors the load matching, and achieves the digital control of the inverse. This improves the complexity, difficulty maintenance, discommodiously control the power of the analog circuit. The control systems of the power supply for three electronic furnaces are made up of PC as host computer. PC controls three AVR inversion controller by CAN bus, and makes controlling the locale information in time comes true.This whole system has many characteristics besides supplying high power, for example power output arbitrarily changed, expediently started, high power factor, less harmonic waves and less pollution for power-network. The intermediate frequency power supply equipment for induction calefaction has many meanings for energy sources, circumstance and the need of the industry.
