【摘要】 本文以和谐社区建设为切入点,首先分析了社区档案的一些基本概念,包括和谐社区建设中社区档案的定义、特点、作用以及和谐社区建设活动给社区档案带来的内容扩展。在此基础上,通过对开展和谐社区建设前后的社区档案管理进行对比,进一步总结出和谐社区建设中社区档案管理的特点。在对和谐社区建设中社区档案和社区档案管理有了基本的认识之后,本文从档案管理的不同业务环节为入手,分析和谐社区建设给社区档案管理带来的新内容,并针对这些档案管理中的新内容,探索相应的社区档案管理方法。最后,从管理的角度,分析了和谐社区建设与社区档案管理存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题对未来和谐社区建设与社区档案管理提出了展望。希望通过本文的总结和研究,为和谐社区建设中的社区档案管理提供一些可行的建议,同时对和谐社区建设活动起到推动和促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis started with the harmonious community construction, first analyzed the definition, features, functions and different contents of community archives in harmonious community construction. On this basis, it summarized the features of community archives management in harmonious community construction through the comparison.After we had basic understanding of community archives and community archives management in harmonious community construction, it analyzed the new contents and new methods in the working processes of community archives management in harmonious community construction. Then it analyzed the problems in the harmonious community construction and community archives management from managerial perspective, finally described the outlook of future harmonious community construction and community archives management.The author wants to provide some references for the harmonious community construction and community archives management, and then improve the harmonious community construction on the basis of community archives management.更多还原
