【摘要】 随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,高校毕业生的就业已经成为了当今社会的热点问题。教育终究是要为社会服务的,毕业生充分就业是高等教育社会服务功能实现的必由之路。促进毕业生充分就业是高等教育发展和完善的必然要求。本文从不同的视角,借鉴学术界对高等教育功能的研究方法,结合我国高等教育教学评估要求及高校毕业生就业分配制度改革的历程,论证毕业生充分就业是高等教育大众化的重要功能,矫正高校毕业生就业难的某些错误认识,分析影响其相关因素,从多层面、多角度运用理论和实践相结合的方法论证提升毕业生就业力是促进毕业生充分就业的有效措施,并以期为教育行政决策提供理论参考,为解决高校毕业生就业难的问题提供一定的理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the higher education in China entering into the period of education for the masses, the employment of the graduates has become a hot topic in the modern society. The education, after all, is to serve the society, and the full employment of the graduates is a requirement for realizing the social function of the higher education. Moreover, the promotion of full employment of the graduates is the necessity for the development and improvement of the higher education. The paper, using the research methods in the study of the function of higher education in academic field, and based on the requirement for the teaching assessment of higher education and the historical development of distribution system of the graduates, demonstrates from different aspects that the full employment of the graduates is an important function of the higher education for the masses. It also analyzes the wrong assumptions concerning the employment of the graduates and some relevant factors which affect the employment. Finally, the paper, from different layers and bearings, proposes that the improvement of the graduates’ power of employment is an efficient measure to achieve full employment. The study will provide theoretical reference for the educational authorities and offer a solution to the employment difficulties.更多还原
