【摘要】 21世纪,快速增长的城市面临着一系列人居环境问题的严峻挑战。人们在迅速地改变城市面貌和成功地解决居民住房的同时,也带来了能耗剧增、耕地锐减、污染加重和资源破坏的严重后果。与此同时,随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,城市居民对居住环境的结构和功能提出了更多、更高的要求。加强城市人居环境质量综合评价和优化成为当前城市发展的迫切要求。本文选取武汉市为研究区域,定性分析了武汉市人居环境建设现状。借鉴国内外已有研究成果,建立了城市人居环境质量建设水平评价指标体系,在收集资料的基础上,综合分析评价了武汉市近几年来人居环境质量变动规律,剖析了武汉人居环境建设中存在的问题。最后以分析结果为依据对武汉市人居环境未来的发展提出了具体的优化对策和建议,以期为武汉市实现“四城同创”和“环境友好型社会”的建设目标提供参考和可操作途径。本文主要由四部分组成:绪论部分简要论述了本文的研究背景、选题的目的和研究意义、本文的研究方法和内容结构;第二部分:文献综述,在说明人居环境相关概念涵义的基础上,对相关理论基础进行了综述;第三部分:采用实证研究的方法,先分析了城市人居环境质量的评价指标体系,紧接着以武汉市为例,在收集资料的基础上,对武汉市的城市自然环境质量、社会环境质量、经济环境质量、基础设施及公共服务质量的变动规律进行了分析,剖析了武汉人居环境建设中存在的问题。文章最后一部分从大力发展城市经济、优化生态环境、提高住区环境质量和加快建设基础设施与政府管理水平等方面就优化人居环境,提高城市人居环境质量提出了意见。本文对武汉市人居环境质量的研究仍属基础性研究,需要深入探讨的地方还有很多,有待于以后做更进一步的努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With cities growing rapidly, urban human settlements are faced with a series of rigorous challenges in the 21^st century. As we have changed the appearance of cities rapidly and have solved residential quarter successfully, the environmental problems become more and more serious. Meanwhile, with the development of the national economy and the improvement of the people’s living standard, higher requirements are proposed in people’s living environment in terms of structure and function. So it has been an urgent requirement in the current urban development to synthetically assess and optimize the qualities of urban human settlements.The paper takes Wuhan as the study area, summarizes the actuality of Wuhan’s human settlements. Based on the proceeding studies at home and aboard, the research establishes the evaluating indicator system of human settlement construction level. Then this thesis synthetically analyzes the collected data and points out the changes and problems in urban human settlements in Wuhan. In the final part, the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with the analysis results, expecting to give a reference to Wuhan’s realization of its goals of constructing a "environment-friendly society".This thesis is divided into four chapters.The introduction briefly discusses the background and significance of the research. Chapter two, literature review, discusses the relevant theories on urban human settlements.Chapter three analyzes the evaluation system in urban human settlements by means of demonstration. Then, on the basis of collected data of Wuhan urban human settlements, this chapter focuses on the problems in Wuhan urban human settlements through the evaluation on the quality of physical environment, social environment, economy environment and substruction and service environment.The last chapter proposes several suggestions on the improvement of urban human settlements from the point of urban economy, physical environment, substruction and governmental administration.This paper is still in the primary stage of the research of urban human settlements.
