排队论在体检系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 排队论(又称随机服务系统)的理论和方法已经广泛应用于各种服务系统,如通信系统、交通系统、计算机存储系统、生产管理系统等许多方面,体检排队系统作为体检人员接受体检中心服务的第一个环节,是体检人员评价体检中心服务满意度的一个重要方面,故在体检系统中起着非常重要的作用。因此,利用排队论的知识对体检系统建立数学模型进行分析优化,从而使系统达到最佳的运营状态,具有十分重要的经济价值和实际意义。目前,国内已经有上海、北京、广东、浙江等地的多家大医院投入使用了医院排队系统,越来越多的医院认识到了使用排队系统的必要性,医院排队系统出现了良好的发展形势,但目前排队理论尚没有引入到体检中心的管理中来。本文首先介绍了与排队论相关的数学理论知识,然后介绍了排队论的基本理论,并在此基础上对排队系统特别是对M/M/n/排队模型进行了系统介绍。本文将排队论的思想和方法应用到体检中心排队的管理中来,建立了相应于体检排队系统的多服务窗等待制M/M/n/排队模型。文章对体检中心的某一科室上午4个时间段的实际数据进行收集和整理,代入模型进行实证分析,获得了相应的目标参数,进行了最优服务台数的确定。通过已建立的数学模型,在单位体检时根据各个科室的平均服务时间对部分科室的最优服务台数进行确定。根据预登记的体检人数和零散顾客到来均值对体检中心所需医生的数量进行预估计。

【Abstract】 The theory and method of queuing theory (called stochastic service system) is already widely applied to various service systems, such as communication system, traffic system, computer memory system, manufacturing management system and so on. The queuing system, as the first step for the health checking staff to accept service from the physical health checking, is playing an important role in the satisfaction of receiving service of the physical health checking staff. Therefore, building-up the mathematical model making use of queuing theory knowledge to carry on the analysis and optimize, enabling the system to achieve the best operation condition, has the extremely important economic value and the practical significance.In the medical industry, many large hospitals in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang and so on have put into use to queuing system, and at the same time more and more hospitals aware the importance of the queuing system. However, the queuing theory still is not used in management of physical health checking.This thesis first introduces some mathematic theories related to queuing theory, then introduces several kinds of elementary theories which in the queuing theory, And in this foundation the queuing system especially M/M/n queuing model is carried on the system introduction. This thesis apply the thought and method of queuing theory to the management of physical health checking, and build up the multi-server M/M/n queuing model corresponding to physical health checking system. The thesis first collects and reorganizes actual data of 4 times of morning for one special section in Wuhan Wojia physical health checking, and carries out demonstration analysis. The thesis has gained the corresponding target parameter, make use of the wishes model to optimize has obtained optimal server number in each time segment. And in the foundation of the mathematic modle, according to average service time of the very section, obtains the optimal server numbers for some of the sections in the stuiation of unit health checking. According to the number of ordered health checking staff and the average scattered individuals, predicts the numbers of needed doctors for corresponding sections.
