【摘要】 体育场馆资源是体育事业发展的重要物质保障,是体育产业领域中的一个重要组成部分,其发展好坏将直接影响到体育事业的发展前景。尤其是《全民健身计划纲要》的颁布实施,极大的刺激了全民参与体育的热情,也为体育场馆资源的开发利用提出了新的课题。相对于庞大的人口数量,我国体育场馆资源出现了短缺和浪费并存的现状,充分开发及利用现有场地设施将是解决场馆资源不足的重要途径。学校体育场馆资源作为体育产业的新生力量、体育场馆资源的生力军,能否适应新的社会环境的深化改革,在教育资源共享方面进行实践,将有着十分重要的意义。本论文通过对湖北省高校体育场馆资源现实状况、条件、开发利用情况的研究,并在此基础上提出影响高校体育场馆资源开发利用的因素,可以满足湖北省高校体育场馆资源的发展要求,并更好地提高高校育场馆的管理水平,为湖北省高校体育场馆资源科学合理的利用提供理论依据,同时也为我国体育产业的发展提供了一定的理论参考。本研究以现阶段湖北省普通高等院校体育场馆资源情况为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究法,调查研究湖北省普通高校体育场馆资源开发利用的状况,包括资源配置情况、社会效益、经济效益,在理论上分析影响场馆资源开发利用的因素,从而探索出一条合理解决高校场馆资源有偿开放的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The resource of sport gym is the important safeguard to the development of sport utility and one part of sport industry. It influences sport industry directly. Especially the outcome of mass sport plan stimulates mass to attend the sport game. This points our the new subject for the development and use of sport gym resources. China is the largest population country and the gyms can’t meet people’s requirements. So it will be the most important way to develop and use current sport gym resources in order to solve the problem of lack of gyms. As the important part, whether school sport gyms can play a great role in the share of educational resources, which will be the valuable subject for us to study. This paper has studied the actual situation, condition and development of college gym resources in Huibei Province. Based on this, it has pointed out the factors ingluencing the development and use of college gym resources. So it has provided theoretic reference for the suitable use of college gym resources in Huibei Province and the development of Chinese sport industy.This paper takes the current situation of college gym resources of Huibei Province as research objects and the way of documents research, investigation, statistics and logistics to study the development situation of college gym resources of Huibei Province, including the resources devision, social benefits and economic benefits. Theoretically, the paper has analyzed the factors influencing the development of college gym resources and do some research about some colleges which has opened their gyms to the public in charge. Also it analyzed some colleges which have done this aspects well. We got some experience from this and have found a valuable way to develop college gym resources reasonably.更多还原
