铜包装自动生产线配重系统的称重及计量精度研究

【摘要】 随着现代工业的高速发展,称重计量已融入社会的各个领域,称重技术也从原来的单一称重向多元化发展。但在某些行业,特别是冶金工业中,面对恶劣的称重环境,要达到理想的称重效果,称重技术仍面临着严峻的考验。本文主要研究铜包装自动生产线配重系统的称重及其计量精度,通过对称重过程分析,选取合理的称重计量系统,并对该系统的误差精度进行分析,通过合理的建模,利用MATLAB与DSP软硬件相结合,最终建立精确、快捷的称重系统。为了实现这一目的,作者主要从以下几个方面进行研究:(1)称重单元的选取:在多种称重传感器中,对称重传感器进行分析比较,最终选取电阻应片式称重传感器作为电子秤的心脏。在称重传感器确定的基础上,根据电子秤的选择原则,选取SCS电子秤作为称量的载体。(2)称重误差分析:由于称重环境恶劣,存在较多的误差源,本文从静态与动态两个方面对称重误差进行研究。根据建立的称重模型,运用锤击法、ARMA模型等对模型进行分析,最终求出称重误差。(3)利用MATLAB建立数字滤波器来消除误差:通过对窗函数法与频率取样法的比较,选定用窗函数法来设计FIR数字滤波器,结合窗函数法所得程序,在MATLAB下运用FDATool对FIR滤波器进行设计分析,最后运用DSP集成开发环境CCS来实现FIR数字滤波器。(4)硬件支持:采用Ti公司生产的TMS320C5416作为数据处理器,并介绍了其相关硬件的设计:电源设计、DSP的晶振和复位电路、外部始终信号输入、A/D与DSP芯片的连接、D/A与DSP芯片的连接和看门狗定时器系统。通过对上面几个方面的研究,选取合适的称重系统,根据滤波器的设计,消减称重误差,达到理想的称重效果。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern industries, weighing measures has been integrated into all kinds of fields. And weighing technology also has been changed from the original single weighting to the diversified development. However, in certain industries, especially in the metallurgical industry, weighing technology is still facing a severe test, which need to face the bad weighing environment, to achieve the desired effect. This paper mainly studies copper packaging production lines with heavy automatic weighing system and measurement accuracy of the weighing process through analysing key technical, selecting a reasonable weight measurement system, and analysing of the system error accuracy, modeling through reasonable using MATLAB and DSP hardware and software integration, and ultimately establishing accurate and efficient weighing system.In order to achieve the aim, the author researches mainly from the following aspects :(1) the selection of Weighing modules: Through analysing and comparing the weighing sensors, we finally select the chip resistor sensor as the heart of the electronic weighing scales.On the basis of the determination of the weighting sensors, and in accordance with the principles of choosing electronic scales, finally selects SCS electronic weighing scales as a carrier.(2) Analysis of Weighing Error: As the poor environment of weighing, the more error sources exist, the paper analyse the error from two sides—the static and dynamic. Accoding to the established model , using hammer-attacking, ARMA model for analysis, and ultimately obtained weighing error.(3) Using MATLAB to establish a digital filter to eliminate error: Through comparing the window function method with the frequency of the sampling method, at last ,selected window function method used to design FIR digital filter. finally use DSP integrated development environment to achieve CCS FIR digital filter with window function from procedures used in MATLAB under the FDATool FIR filter design analysis.(4) Hardware support: Adopted Ti company’s TMS320C5416 as a data processor, and introduced its hardware design of the power supply design process and external terminal signal input, DSP Crystal Oscillator and Reset, A /D and DSP chip connections, D / A and DSP chip connections and watchdog clock system. Through the study of the above, select suitable weighing system, in accordance with the filter design, abatement weighing error, achieve the desired effect.
