带伸臂的框架—核心筒结构力学性能分析

【摘要】 高层、超高层建筑结构设计,水平位移是关键的控制因素。当高层建筑框架—核心筒结构的抗侧力刚度不能满足设计要求时,可考虑沿竖向利用建筑设备层、避难层空间,设置适宜的水平伸臂构件,构成带加强层的高层建筑结构。在风荷载作用下,设置加强层是一种减少结构水平位移的有效方法;但在地震作用下,加强层的设置将会引起结构刚度和内力的突变,容易形成薄弱层,使结构的损坏机制难以呈现延性屈服机制。但由于加强层能够经济有效的控制结构侧移,近几年水平加强层被大量应用于实际工程中。本文以一个典型的框架一核心筒结构模型为例,并改变其加强层的数量、位置和刚度,运用三维有限元分析软件SAP2000和SATWE对结构模型进行振型分解反应谱法分析,得出在动力作用下结构的周期、侧向位移和结构内力的响应规律,分析了设置加强层后高层建筑结构体系受力特征变化的原因。另外本文还对带伸臂的框架—核心筒结构进行弹塑性Push-over分析,找出可能发生应力集中部位,塑性铰出现的先后顺序和位置,确定其薄弱环节,以便加强薄弱环节的约束构造配筋,提高结构的抗震能力。并提出了抗震地区带伸臂的框架—核心筒结构的合理布置原则及结构构件抗震加强措施,为同类高层和超高层建筑的抗震设计提供了一些参考依据。

【Abstract】 Structural lateral displacement becomes the main control index during the high-rise building structure designs.When the frame-corewall structure is not so rigid, the refuge storey and facility storey should be used to form the reasonable horizontal outriggers, so as to the high-rise binding having strengthened stories. It is an effective way to decrease structural lateral displacement against the influence of wind by setting the horizontal strengthened stories.When come to the influence of earthquake, this designs will cause the sudden variation of structural stiffness and internal force, and will come into being weal storey, which will make it difficult for the yield mechanism of the structure to carry out its extending bending system.This kind of structural system have been used more and more in recent years, because setting horizontal strengthened stories have made better economy and structural effect in practice.The thesis applying the 3-D FEA software SAP2000 and SATWE conducts the means of response spectrum analysis ,based on a typical frame-corewall structure that has several different structural araangements of the strengthened stories, The structure period, displacement and internal force of this kind of structure are studied. The reasons have been analysed about the change of internal forces in structure after putting horizontal strengthened stories.The static push-over analysis of the frame-corewall structure with outriggers puts up, It finds out the possible position of stress converging and the ream output sequence ,also finds out some stories weakness, Thus the anti-earthquake quality of the structure can be improved by strengthening the restrictive structural corrugated steel bar in the weak parts. The principles of reasonnable setting and construction measures of the frame-corewall structure with outriggers are presented in the seismic region, which bring some effective basis to the similar high-rise buildings and skyscrapers in the seismic design.
