云南农村公路项目管理体系研究

【摘要】 本文通过借鉴国内外项目管理体系研究和实践的成功经验,结合我省公路建设管理尤其是农村公路建设管理的现状,将项目管理的知识、方法和体系引入农村公路建设,采取从上而下的方式,针对云南省农村公路项目管理的实际,以有效、精简、易于操作为目标,设计了云南农村公路项目管理体系模型,建立云南省农村公路项目管理体系,并提出了这一体系建立的保障措施,以促进我省公路建设和经济社会又好又快发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the successful experiences of the research and practices on the Project Management System home and abroad, the dissertation studies Yunnan’s road construction management status, especially rural road construction management status. On the actual management of rural road construction, the dissertation designs Yunnan rural road project management system model, establishes Yunnan Provincial Rural Road Project Management System and proposes the security measures to establish this system in order to promote road construction in our province and make the economic and social development well and fast.更多还原
