硫铁矿烧渣综合利用研究

【摘要】 硫铁矿烧渣俗称烧渣,是生产硫酸时焙烧硫铁矿产生的废渣,一般为棕红色,其组分主要是Fe、SiO2、CaO、S等。硫铁矿烧渣虽为一种工业废弃物,也是一种潜在的资源。我国80年代中期就提出了以“资源化”、“无害化”、“减量化”作为控制固体废物污染的技术政策。将固体废物中可利用的组分充分回收利用是控制固体废物污染的最佳途径。硫铁矿烧渣的综合利用既能作为二次资源再次利用,又能够减少烧渣对环境所造成的污染。利用硫铁矿烧渣回收系列氧化铁红产品,这开辟了综合利用硫铁矿烧渣的新途径。本课题是以云浮硫铁矿硫酸厂的硫铁矿渣为主要原料,在对目前硫铁矿烧渣回收及利用现状进行综合考察,并同时研究比较了国内外氧化铁红生产工艺的基础上,研究了采用硫铁矿烧渣通过筛分—漂洗—细磨—选择性絮凝—反浮选等工艺可回收不同质量和用途的系列铁红产品。本课题研究了从硫酸烧渣中回收系列氧化铁红产品的回收工艺,系统地完成了从硫酸烧渣中回收系列氧化铁红产品全流程以及工业试验研究,试验证明从硫酸烧渣中回收系列氧化铁红产品是可行的。从烧渣中回收的系列铁红产品分别达到国家相应产品的质量标准。回收铁红过程中,产生的废水量也比较大。针对废水的性质,采用集中返回的回用方案进行了废水循环利用,其工业试验表明:废水循环利用不会给选别指标和稳定性带来不利影响,且大大节约了用水量和药剂等一些原料。充分利用了水资源。利用硫铁矿烧渣生产氧化铁红,既解决了烧渣的污染问题,同时也为氧化铁红的生产提供了新原料和新工艺,具有较好的社会、经济及环境效益。

【Abstract】 Pyrite cinder,a kind of red brown solid waste produced from calcimine Pyrite in the sulfuric acid production, contains Fe、SiO2、CaO、S etc...。Although Pyrite cinder is industrial waste, it is also a kind of potential resource. In the 1980S, our government put forward"resourcilization, quantity reduction and innocuousness, as the technique policy to control solid waste pollution. It is the best way to control solid waste Pollution by utilizing and recycling the available and useful composition in the waste adequately. The main compositions in Pyrite cinder are resources that can be utilized. The comprehensive utilization can not only recover the source but also control the cinders pollution。Study on extract series iron oxide red products form Pyrite cinders, the novel process of the cinders comprehensive utilization has been developed.Based on a detailed investigation of present utilization and recovery of Pyrite cinder compared with the producing methods of iron oxide red, Yunfu Pyrite cinder through sizing-rinsing -- fine grinding--selective flocculation- reverse flotation to obtain iron oxide red products of the different quality and the use。This topic has proved that it is feasible to recover the series oxidation iron oxide red product from Pyrite cinder with systematical entire flow as well as the commercial test research。The series oxidation iron oxide red product has achieved the national corresponding product the quality specification。A large amount of wastewater will be produced throughout recovery iron oxide red process。According to the characters of the wastewater, the technology of recycling utilization of wastewater was adopted in the plan which the centralism returned。The commercial test research results indicate that the technology not only have no influence upon floatation quality and stability, but can also save water and reagent。The water resource can be utilized fully。The utilization of preparing iron oxide red by Pyrite cinder, which can not only control the cinders pollution but also can supply the new technology and new material. It has preferable social, economic and environmental benefits.
