【摘要】 新中国成立以来,乳制品行业发展速度令人瞩目,逐渐成为朝阳产业之一,然而近几年来,乳制品行业发展速度迟缓,黑龙江省乳制品行业增长速度也趋下降。主要原因是从采购、生产到消费的乳制品供应链各环节出现了不协调,影响了乳制品供应链的顺畅运行,影响了黑龙江省乳制品行业的健康、快速发展,例如,可利用的自然资源丰富,但奶牛业的投入资本不足,奶农获取信息不对称,原料奶的产出水平较低,奶源质量得不到保证,乳制品的消费水平较低等。随着供应链管理模式的不断发展,在乳制品生产中应用供应链管理理念已成为一种必然趋势,在黑龙江省乳制品行业中,乳制品供应链的研究不仅是乳制品加工企业提高自身利益的微观问题,更是借助乳制品行业的龙头企业对乳制品供应链的协调运作、推动乳制品行业的健康、稳定发展问题。为保证乳制品供应链顺畅运行,乳制品行业稳定发展,本研究针对黑龙江省乳制品供应链的现行主流模式-核心企业型网链模式,利用Stackelberg主从对策博弈理论、收益共享契约理论、数量折扣契约与补贴率相结合的策略,分别建立二阶层和三阶层乳制品供应链协调模型,并确定了二阶层乳制品供应链协调时的补贴率、收益分配系数及三阶层乳制品供应链协调时的补贴率范围等相关参数,以实现乳制品供应链的协调运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since foundation of new China, the speed of dairy industry development is amazing, and has gradually become one of the sunrise industries. However, in recent years, with slow speed of dairy industry development, the growth rate also declined of dairy industry in Heilongjiang Province. Because there is a cacophony from procurement, production to consumption in links of dairy-product supply chain, which has affected dairy-product supply chain running smoothly, and dairy industry in Heilongjiang Province healthy and rapid development. With its characteristics and advantages, there are problems not to be neglected in links. For example, rich natural resources, but dairy industry invested capital shortage, information asymmetry to farmers, output level of raw milk lower, quality not guaranteed, the consumption level of dairy-product lower, and so on..With supply chain management model development, it is inevitable trend to apply supply chain management concepts to dairy-product production. In dairy industry of Heilongjiang province, dairy-product supply chain research is not only micro issues to improve their own interests, it is also using dairy industry to lead to dairy-product supply chain for the coordinated operation, and promote dairy industry to be healthy and stable development issues.To ensure smooth operation of dairy-product supply chain, dairy industry stable development, this text studies existing mainstream model of dairy-product supply chain in Heilongjiang province-the core of enterprise network chain. With Stackelberg game theory, revenue sharing contract theory, quantity discount and subsidy rate combined strategy, it establishes coordination model of two-stage and three-stage dairy-product supply chain, and work out the subsidy rate, income distribution coefficient in two-stage dairy-product supply chain coordination, as well the scope of subsidy rate in three-stage dairy-product supply chain coordination, etc., so that dairy-product supply chain achieves the coordination operation.更多还原
