【摘要】 本课题是湖北省建设科技研究项目,同时也是“长江中部地区古城镇的调查与研究”(武汉理工大学与日本神奈川大学合作研究)的一个组成部分。本文通过对湖北谷城老街历史地段历史文化、空间格局、街巷空间特征与建筑特色等方面的研究分析,揭示老街形成与发展的内在规律,发掘老街历史、文化、经济等方面的价值,探寻历史地段保护与更新的方法。全文共分为7章,第1章为绪论,第2-6章是整篇论文的主体部分,分别论述老街的形成、发展的演变过程,分析老街空间格局、街巷空间特征、建筑类型及其特色,提出老街历史地段保护与更新的建议,第7章为总结与展望。本研究首先从自然地理条件和历史人文背景入手,深刻剖析老街形成的原因及其演变过程,得出老街由于其优越地理环境的水路交通优势,因水而市、因市而兴,又因水而衰的结论;其次,结合老街的自然、经济、文化条件,推测各个时期老街的空间格局,总结出老街“依赖自然、尊崇文化”的选址特点和“城·市·埠·河”的向水生长的布局特色,同时归纳出老街“点→线→面”的自然生长过程,并以此为依据确定老街历史地段的范围;再次,通过分析老街整体空间形态、街巷功能、结构、空间尺度、平面及竖向组合形式、景观序列等,展现了老街的层次丰富变化的街巷布局和复杂多义的功能空间,集中体现了老街传统商业街道商住合一的特色;然后,从建筑结构、形态功能、地域特色、审美意匠等方面探讨老街建筑的特点,特别研究了塞墙、太平门等地域建筑形式的现实意义;最后,在充分认识老街历史地段的自然历史文化、街巷空间格局及建筑特色的基础上,结合历史地段的保护与更新面临着严峻挑战的现状,提出了现阶段老街保护的是文化、更新的是生活的指导思想,依据有机更新、功能恢复、公众参与、依法保护的原则,划定老街保护范围、塑造历史节点,分层次进行合理而有效的保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study comes from the project of the Construction Department of Hubei province, in the same breath this study is a part of the cooperative project studied by Wuhan University of Technology and Kanagawa University of Japan: "Investigation and research of historic city and town in the district near the middle part of Changjiang River". Through analyzing the history, culture, space pattern and architecture regional features of the historic area of Gucheng Laojie, this paper explores the formation and development principle of Laojie. Moreover, this paper explores the values of the history, culture, politics and economy in Laojie to find the way to conservation and renewal the historic area.There are seven chapters in this paper. Exordium is in the first chapter. From chapter 2 to chapter 6, the main content has been discussed, which includes the forming, developing, and evolution process of Laojie, space pattern of historic area, street space, and architecture’s styles and features. The last chapter is conclusions and prospect.First, we reveal the forming reason and evolution process of Laojie historic area, through analysis the physical geography and historical culture. We summarize that Laojie is booming from water transportation. Second, by conjecturing the spatial pattern in each period, we find that Laojie’s location is relying on the nature and homaging the culture, and Laojie’s spatial pattern is "city·fairs·wharf·river". Based on this, we determin the protected range of the historic area. Third, through analyzing the space pattern, function, spatial scale, landscape, we explores the features of street structure. Then, we discuss the architecture types, architecture features and the key buildings to emphasize the regional characteristics. The practical significance of partition wall and backdoor are emphasized in this chapter. At the last, we propose some conceiving thoughts for the conservation and renewal of Laojie historic area. Through evaluating, combined with deeply analyzing status quo, confirm conversation content and aim, demarcation conversation range and levels, and put forward the proposal of Laojie’s future development.更多还原
