【摘要】 中国共产党将依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家,确立为党领导人民治理国家的基本方略。这一理论的提出,是对邓小平法制思想的重大发展。这些年来,我国法制的建设与发展,正是在邓小平法制思想的指导下顺利进行的,研究邓小平法制思想,对于认清我国现时期法治发展规律,明确法治建设方向,有着重要的理论和现实意义。本文共分三大部分:第一部分论述邓小平法制思想的科学内涵;第二部分论述邓小平法制思想与新时期中国法治实践的内在统一;第三部分论述邓小平法制思想对新时期中国法治实践的指导。本文的研究目的,旨在通过深入分析邓小平法制思想的科学内涵,对邓小平法制思想的整体结构作充分的阐释,并通过对邓小平法制思想主要内容的详尽论述,明确其对我国现时期建设社会主义法治国家的重要历史意义。同时,本文力求通过总结邓小平法制思想对我国法治建设提出的基本要求确定我国未来法治实践的基本方向,通过对邓小平法制思想在新时期中国法治实践中所起指导作用与邓小平法制思想所蕴涵的我国法治发展规律的深入地分析,为我国现时期建设社会主义法治国家提供系统的理论参考。更多还原
