数字射频存储技术及其应用研究

【摘要】 雷达抗干扰技术的发展,对电子干扰设备的性能提出了更高的要求。数字射频存储器(DRFM)在存储雷达波形方面能够达到较高的保真度,实现了干扰信号与雷达信号相干,是现代电子干扰设备的重要组成部分。本文通过对DRFM基础理论的分析,研究了系统结构、量化位数和量化方式等对系统性能的影响,提出了提高系统性能的措施,并以此为基础,完成了基于CPLD器件为核心的3比特相位量化DRFM应用系统的设计。论文具体内容包括:第1章阐明了课题研究的目的和意义,以及国内外DRFM技术现状和DRFM的主要应用领域,为本文所进行的研究工作搭建了一个理论和技术背景。第2章对雷达对抗的发展历史进行了简单回顾,论证了雷达对抗的可行性,分析了雷达对抗的技术现状、现代雷达对抗环境信号特征和典型的信号环境数据,论证了现代雷达对抗环境对有源干扰设备性能的要求。第3章论证了雷达有源干扰设备频率引导的必要性,对微波储频环储频技术等七种频率引导技术的原理、结构特点和优缺点进行了分析,分析了各种频率引导技术存在的主要不足。第4章分析了DRFM的作用和工作原理,对比分析了四种系统结构的优缺点,重点对幅度量化和相位量化两种体制进行了详细分析,分析了两种量化方式的优缺点,为进行后续深入分析打下了理论基础。第5章研究分析了系统结构、量化位数和量化方式等对系统重要性能的影响,重点针对不同的系统结构和量化类型、位数等情况,详细对比分析了它们对瞬时带宽、动态范围、量化噪声、虚假信号功率和信号畸变等性能参数的影响,提出了估算这些参数大小的计算方法。第6章首先阐明了相干性概念,分析了相干性特点和对相干雷达的干扰需求,之后结合用3比特相位量化DRFM输出信号对雷达实施距离拖引干扰这一典型应用,重点分析了DRFM系统本振、采样时钟独立和共同作用下对输出信号相干性的影响,得出了提高输出信出号相干性的途径和措施,针对正弦信号相位量化所得数据周期性的特点,提出了输出信号相干性的校正技术,分析了相干性对干扰效果的影响。本章还对纯量化噪声、输入噪声以及时钟频率漂移和同步时钟抖动影响DRFM输出信号的信噪比的机理、特点和规律进行了详细分析,进行了相关的对比计算,总结了提高输出信号信噪比的措施。第7章阐述了基于CPLD器件作为核心的3比特相位量化DRFM的设计过程。主要针对具体的应用指标,结合本文已得到的分析结论,制定了系统方案、技术途径,明确了系统设计应主要考虑的关键技术,分析了模拟电路设计软件Altium Designer 6.0和数字电路设计软件ISE 8.2i的主要功能及优势,分析了系统时钟电路、模拟电路、数字电路以及芯片电源电路的实现方式。最后给出了本设计的测试结果以及系统仿真和测试波形。
【Abstract】 With the development of radar anti-interference technology,it is necessary for electronic countermeasure to have superior performance.Comparing with traditional jammer,Digital Radio Frequency Memory(DRFM)reach up to higher fidelity in storing the radar Radio Frequency signal,which can remedy the traditional jammer with the deficiency functionally and provide enhanced capabilities for modern electronic-countermeasures.It has been the indispensable subsystem for the modern jammer.This paper compare and analyze the DRFM principle,structure and important parameters,and explain how what have been analysed the impact on performance of digital radio frequency.In the end,this paper puts forward the key technology to make DRFM have high performance.The concrete content of the thesis includes:1.The fist part has expounded purpose and significance that the problem studies and DRFM technology present situation and main DRFM application field,have built a theory and technology background.2.The second part briefly introduces the history and current of electronic countermeasure and radar interference,the radar signal environment has been analyzed via being modeled.quantifies the modern radar and opposes the signal environment through modeling,have put forward the modern electron performance demand for interfering with the apparatus to the radar signal environment.3.The paper expatiate the necessity for jammer to guide frequency,and analyzed several traditional guide frequency technologies,and then discussed their technological characteristic,structure,advantage and disadvantage.4.Having analyzed the function,principle of the DRFM,and analyzed several kinds of typical structure.Mainly analyzed and compared amplitude quantization and phase quantization principle of DRFM,pointed out one’s own advantage and disadvantage.In the end,briefly introduce several kinds of own performance parameters of investing DRFM employed abroad. 5.Based on various structure and quantization number,mainly analyzes instantaneous bandwidth,dynamic range,quantization noise,spurious singal level, frequency and phase error,etc.According to the analysis conclusion,points out the measure to enhance the DRFM performance.6.Mainly analyzes how system clock,local frequency drifting and sampling period affect the coherence,and analyzes how pure quantization noise,input noise and timing and synchronous frequency shifting affect the signal-noise-ratio(SNR).In the end,analyzes the coherence and SNR how to effect on interfering result.7.The 7th chapter has set forth the design process being 3 bit of phase quantization DRFM of core owing to CPLD component.Be aimed at the index applying concretely mainly,union main body of a book the analysis conclusion that self own gets,has made clear that system scheme,technology approach and system design the key technology should think mainly,has analysed the function and advantage simulating wiring design software Altium Designer 6.0 sums figures wiring design software ISE 8.2 i main part,has analysed system clock circuit,the way simulating circuit and circuital realization of figure.Have given the testing designing that originally out result as well as system simulates and have tested wave form finally.
