【摘要】 随着改革开放步伐的加快和社会经济的快速发展,我国正在逐渐由传统社会向现代社会转型,大量农村和内地城镇富余劳动力涌向大中城市和沿海发达地区。2000年,全国流动人口数量为1.21亿人;2003年,则增加到1.4亿人。由于这些转移出来的劳动力大多是农村30岁左右的青壮年劳动力,通常都以为人父母,他们的子女在其外出后,除少部分随其外出外,绝大多数仍留守在农村,与父母一方或者双方天各一方。通过在全国范围进行的第五次人口普查统计,全国流动儿童已有1982万人。目前,全国的留守儿童也已经达到了2290万人。如何让这些儿童健康成长,维护他们的生存、发展和受教育的权利,是近几年,政府、全社会和我国教育学者关注的热点之一。因为儿童时期是人身体发育、性格养成、知识积累的关键时期,所以解决留守儿童与流动儿童由于各种原因出现的不同于城市儿童的心理、生理及思想道德等方面的一系列问题,让这些孩子在社会主义的大家庭里健康、茁壮的成长意义巨大。笔者希望通过本论文的撰写,为解决目前留守儿童与流动儿童问题提供一定的理论依据,和政策上的借鉴。因此本文选择农民工子女教育问题作为研究的对象。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of open door policy and the development of social economy, our country is gradually from a traditional society to a modern society. A number of rural surplus labor and the Mainland cities and towns rushed to large and medium-sized cities and coastal areas. There are 121,000,000 floating population in 2000.However, it is 40,000,000 people. in 2003.As a result, the most floating population are about 30 year-old, many of them have children .Their children are immigrated with them or are kept in the rural These children in the rural have to separate with their parents. According to the fifth national census statistics, there are 19,820,000 flowing rural children; and there are 22,900,000 staying rural children. It is the major problem of our government society and the education scholars on the staying rural children and flowing rural children. Because the time of child is the crucial period for a person’s physical development, cultivate character, and accumulation of knowledge. So it is important to resolve the two kinds of children’s problems. Because of any reason, most of them have the series problems for example, psychological, physiological and the ideological and moral aspects. Our purpose is that those children can grow up happiness and health in our socialist family. The author hopes that the paper can provide a theoretical basis, and policy lessons,in order to solve the problem of staying rural children and flowing rural children. Therefore the author chooses the title of the paper on the investigation and study on children’s education of peasant workers.更多还原
