建筑工程实施阶段承包商项目管理团队构建模型评价

【摘要】 近年来,我国经济的持续、快速、健康、稳定的发展,为为内建筑业承包商提供了广阔的市场空间,为承包商们带来了新一轮的发展契机。但同时,随着客户需求的多样化以及项目自身的复杂化,尤其是具有先进管理理念和技术水平的国际大型承包商的进入,使得国内承包商在享受机会的同时也面临着巨大的挑战。项目管理团队作为承包商管理所承揽项目的主体,其运作的有效性和效率直接关系到了项目最终的成败,因此对于承包商项目管理团队构建的研究更为显得重要。项目管理团队与项目在自身各自特征之间的一致性应作为承包商项目团队有效运作的基础条件之一,毕竟没有任何一个不变的项目管理团队能够使用于承包商所承揽的各种各样的项目。本文力求在承包商项目管理团队创建的初期,将项目自身的特征作为一个团队组建的关键影响因素引入到承包商项目管理团队构建的模型中,通过对承包商潜在团队成员的个人分析来诠释项目团队的适宜人选构成,从而在可获得性的基础上通过对比相关人员的各自偏好来最终选定团队成员。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the recent years, the highly developing China’s economy provide large construction market for demestic construction contractors, which endows demestic contractors another golden opportunity for their development. At the same time, the various requirement of customers and more and more complex surroundings of project, especially the competion of overseas construction contractors, which own advanced management option and technology level, make demestic construction contractors being huge challenged.As the utility of contractors’ project management, project management team, its operational efficiency determines the output of project to a great degree. So the research on establishment of project management team means more importance. The compatibility between characteristics of project and that of project team is one of the most important basic condition to make project management team efficiently operate. After all, a project team can’t reach its best place under a unsuitable project.At the early stage of project management team’s establishment, the characteristics of project should be introduced into the contractor’s management model as a key factor. It helps to explain who is more suitable for project team according to the result of analysis on project team’s potential members’ individuality. Then on the basis of avalibility, team members are chosen through comparison of associated personnel’s respective preference.更多还原
