基于SOPC技术的手持式数字示波表的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着电子测试技术的不断发展,测试技术正向自动化、智能化、数字化的方向发展。数字存储示波器以其优越的性能,有逐步取代传统模拟示波器的趋势。但是由于台式示波器体积较大,不方便携带进行现场测试和野外作业,手持式示波表的出现弥补了这一缺点。它凭借体积小、重量轻、电池供电、便于携带等优点,在示波器领域占有一席之地。本设计所研制的手持式数字存储示波表基于SOPC(System On ProgrammableChip)技术,由采样系统、中央处理器系统、显示系统、用户交互系统等多个模块组成。本设计选择了Altera公司的EP2C20芯片,该芯片嵌入了高性能的软核处理器NiosⅡ。其独特的Avalon总线,能方面实现与外设接口。由于采用FPGA技术,设计中将所有数字部分放在大规模可编程器件内部实现,利用可重构技术,电路设计灵活、调试和维护方便,适合于模块化设计。采用NiosⅡ作为CPU,增强了本机的信号处理功能,使本机可以迅速地处理和分析大量的数据。这些功能充分地显示了数字存储示波器的优势,也极大方便了用户使用。本设计的电路板部分本设计采用核心板加扩展板的结构,核心板采用6层结构,扩展板采用双层结果,这样增加了系统的稳定性,减少了成本;数据采集系是手持式数字存储示波表的核心,采用高速A/D芯片ADS9288,其最高采样率可以达到100MMPS,实现了20MHz实时带宽;由于SD卡存储容量大,携带方便,成本低等优点,所以作为本设计的主要数据存储设备,其驱动部分采用SD卡软件包,为开发带来了方便;本设计采用320*240点阵液晶屏作为人机交互的显示部分,其中,250*200作为波形显示区,其他部分作为菜单设置区,这样方便了用户操作。

【Abstract】 With the development of the electronic measuring technology, measuring technology is geared to automatization, intelligentization、networking. Digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) is gradually replacing the tradtional analog oscilloscope, because it has predominant function. But the volume of desktop oscilloscope is too big to take and use in field. Portable DSO supplies the gap.This research of DSO is based on the SOPC(System On Programmable Chip) technology, which consists of sampling system、CPU system、display system, user interface, etc. The paper selects the EP2C20 chip of the Altera Company, which embeds Nios who is high soft core processor.The main task of this paper:The design and manufacture of the Circuit board which is the basis of the design. The design adopts core board and expand board. The core board is 6 layer and expand board is 2 layer. So it is more stable and reduces cost. The design of data acquiring system. It is the hardcore of the design of digital storage oscilloscope. This adopts high speed A/D chip(ADS9288)whose sampling rate could reach 100MMPS. So its real band could reach 20MHz. SD storage circuit. SD has huge storage, convenience of taking, low cost etc. So it is used as main digital storage chip. its Drive part is convenient because it adopt SD soft package. LCD control . As display system of user interface, this design adopt 320*240 LCD. 250*200 LCD is used as wave display . The else is used as menu display.
