【摘要】 随着市场经济的发展,物流对经济活动的影响日益明显,越来越受到人们的重视,成为当前“最重要的竞争领域”。本论文针对我国目前物流运作水平低、中小型企业缺乏核心竞争力,缺乏对供应链上的企业整体效益把握的现状,提出了运用第四方物流信息平台来整合这些企业及社会资源,提高整个供应链的运行效率,以实现供应链上企业的整体“双赢”,并推动整个物流行业快速、稳定、健康的向前发展。本文的研究成果主要在以下几个方面:1.首先分析了当前国内外物流的发展现状,在研究了第三方物流和第四方物流发展过程的前提下,分析了第四方物流企业的三种运行模式,指出行业优化供应链模式是当今第四方物流企业最有前途的运行模式。2.阐述了第四方物流信息平台的内涵和定义,并重点指出了第四方物流的实现价值和发展前景。3.对第四方物流信息平台进行了功能分析和模块设计,详细设计了3PL企业模块、客户企业模块和平台管理模块。4.着重研究了系统设计中的关键问题:异构数据和服务安全的问题。5.在系统实现部分,重点介绍了系统的开发方法,采用基于SUN的J2EE规范,B/S结构模式,使用JSP、JavaBean、数据库连接池等技术,后台数据库为SQL SERVER 2000。6.系统部分实现,展示了系统的实现效果。物流系统是一个庞大的、复杂的、综合的、动态的大系统,因此整个第四方物流信息平台也是一个复杂的,需要不断的总结修改并加以完善的动态系统。我们今后应当注意如何更好的发展第四方物流企业,促进第三方物流企业的发展,实现第三方物流企业和第四方物流企业相互促进、共同繁荣的局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the development of the market economics, the influence of the logistics upon the economic activities is increasing significantly. It arouses people’s much attention and becomes "the most important competition realm". Aiming at the present condition of the low logistics level and small-scale business enterprise which lacks the core competitiveness and entire control of the enterprise in the supply-chain, this paper presents that 4PL information platform can be utilized to integrate these enterprises and society resources, improve the executive efficiency of the supply-chain and realize the "win-win" and promote the whole logistics develop forwards rapidly, stably and nicely.The main researched content aspects in this paper are below:1. The current development situation both in and abroad is analyzed in this paper. Based on the developing process of 3PL and 4PL, the three executive modes of 4PL enterprises are analyzed, pointing that the industry innovator model is the best executive one in the 4PL presently.2. This paper expounds the connotation and definition of the fourth party information platform and indicats the reality value and developing prospects of the 4PL information platform.3. Function analysis and module design are undertaken to the 4PL information platform. The 3PL enterprises’ module, customer enterprises’ module and platform management module are designed in detail.4. The key questions in system design which is separate-style data and service security question are researched primarily.5. According to the SUN J2EE principles, B/S structure mode, the exploration method of systems are introduced mainly in the system reality section, using the JSP, JavaBean, data-connection-pool methods and other techniques.6. The system is realized partely, displaying their realized efficiency.The logistics system is an enormous, complex, integrative and dynamic big system. Thus, the whole 4PL is also a complex and dynamic system which need to conclude, correct and consummate. The 4PL enterprises should gain more attention to be developed better, and the 3PL should be promoted.
