【副题名】《绿衣亨利》文本解读

【摘要】 “成长小说”诞生于欧洲从中世纪向现代工业社会转化的特殊历史语境,体现了18世纪巨大的社会和文化变革、现代意识的崛起,以及中产阶级对文化话语权的渴望。由于其与现代性的深刻关联,使得这一文体拥有了一种前瞻性的力量。它不仅体现了欧洲几千年传统与现代化进程的激烈交锋,也展示了启蒙思想和现代性话语对阵神学话语的全面胜利。但是,现代性内部的不断抗争与深刻分化,启蒙现代性与审美现代性之间的巨大张力,也同时引发了成长小说这一体裁的流变。本文的研究对象是19世纪瑞士作家高特弗利特·凯勒(Gottfried Keller,1819—1890)的一部最为著名的长篇小说《绿衣亨利》(Der Grüne Heinrich)。与传统成长小说不同的是,本作品并没有停留在一个成长实现后的大团圆的结局上,却通过主人公成长过程中的每一个事件对其内心世界的影响,通过瑞士传统意识形态与德国现代化进程中的一系列冲突,勾勒出一个在存在意义上更加广阔的世界——即一个拒绝以片面的、目的理性的认识论方式来观照的世界。经由其对传统模式的颠覆以及对启蒙现代性的批判,成长小说开始在新的历史语境中不断破旧有的僵硬模式,以丰富多姿的形态彰显了多元化的文化观念以及价值模式。本文力图通过对《绿衣亨利》的文本解析,经由思想语境的回溯,挖掘它与传统成长小说的不同之处,阐明其作为一个内部充满张力与矛盾的综合体所包括的传统基调、现实存在、未来预期等复杂因素,辩明成长的价值恰恰在于其未完成的开放性与丰富的可能性;从而批判传统成长小说所具有的片面的、统一的、目的论的现代性视野,推进对成长小说这一历史文学体裁的当代理解。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Der Bildungsroman"was born in Europe,in a special historical context of the transformation from medieval to the modern industrial society.It reflects the enormous social and cultural changes in the 18th century, the rise of modern consciousness and the desire of middle-class to the right of speaking. Because of its profound connection to modernity, it possessess a forward-looking force.Not only embodies it the intense fight between the thousands years-tradition of Europe and the process of modernization,but it also demonstrates the the all-round victory of the enlightenment thinking and the modernity discourse against the theological discourse.However, the constant protests and the deep divisions inside the modernity , the great tension between the enlightenment modernity and aesthetic modernity,triggered the development of this genre of novel as well.The object of this study is the most famous novel "Der Grüne Heinrich",which was written by a 19th century Swiss German writer,Gottfried Keller (1819-1890).The difference between this work and the traditional Bildungsroman is that, it did not provide a happy ending ,in which the growth has already been achived, but it attached importance to the the process of the hero’s growth, in which every incident of the life make a big impact on his inner world,as well as a series of conflicts between the traditional ideology of swiss and german modernization.All of which outlines a broader world in the sence of existence --- that is a world,wich refuses to take a one-side,rational view to reflect the world. Through its subversion of traditional form, and the criticism of the enlightenment modernity, Bildungsroman began to break the rigid traditional model in the new historical context,and illustrates the diversity of cultural concepts and value patterns.This paper wants to take a analysis on the text of "Der Grüne Heinrich".With the retrospectition of the ideological context, and the excavation of the differences between it and the traditional Bildungsroman, the paper will explain that, as a complicated syntheses,which is full of tension and conflicts,this work comprises of the tradition,the reality and the future. And then this stuy will argue out that the value of growth stays in the the unfinished openness and the rich possibility,the purpose of this kind of analysis is to criticize the vision of Enlightenment modernity,which is one-sided,unified,teleological.Hope this study will advance the contemporary understanding of the Bildungsroman,which exits as a historical and literary genre.更多还原
