【摘要】 物流作为贯穿社会生产活动的关键环节,在国民经济发展中占有重要的地位,尤其对第三产业的发展起到了极大的促进作用。近年来我国的物流产业发展迅速,但由于物流需求是经济发展的派生需求,因此其发展不能脱离当地的经济发展水平,而必须与经济发展保持高度的协调性,以避免出现投资不足或过度投资而导致的物流供给能力不足或者物流供给能力过剩现象。区域物流需求分析是区域物流规划中的一项重要内容,因此,本文把区域物流需求分析作为重点内容进行研究。主要是为了研究区域经济与区域物流之间的内在联系,以期望能为政府在区域物流产业政策制定、区域物流规划以及物流设施建设投资方面提供必要的基础数据和决策支持。论文从宏观经济的角度,分析了在区域经济环境下,区域经济发展对地区物流需求的影响。主要从区域经济网络运行的角度,探讨了湖南省物流需求量及需求结构的变化规律,以及湖南省区际物流的特征。论文还探讨了地区经济发展的各个方面对物流需求的影响,地区经济发展对物流需求的影响主要为地区经济发展规模、结构、优势对物流需求的抑制和激发作用。通过研究,本文得出以下结论:区域经济与区域物流需求之间存在极强的相关性,区域经济发展与区域物流需求增长存在内在的逻辑关系,正是这种关系决定了区域物流需求可以用区域经济水平来进行分析。湖南省物流需求规模巨大。并对湖南省物流体系建立提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The logistics industry, as the key chain of society product activities, has been playing a very important role of Chineses economy and especially for the steady development of the third part industry. In the last years Chinese logistics industry has underwent a quick development. But logistics demand is driven by economy and it should keep consisitent with the ecnomy level instead of deviating it to avoid the phenomena of logistics supply capability lackness or surplus emergencing owing to deficient or excessive investment.Regional logistics demand analysis is one of the important parts in regional logistics planning. So, these paper chiefly researches into the Regional logistics demand. What the research should do is to explore the inherent relationship between the regional economy and the regional logistics and to forecast the regional logistics demand. And this research hopes to help the government to make logistics policies, plan logistics and supply basic data for the logistics infrastructural investment descion. In the term of macroeconomics, this paper analyzes the efects, which are caused by the development of the regional economy, to the demand of logistics within Hunan province. Detailedly speaking, the paper, under the regional economic net, discusses the changing laws of the scale and the construction of the logistics demand and the character of the material flow between Hunan province and others. Additionally the paper discusses the efects from the various aspects of the province economy on the logistics demand and most of the discussions lie in the restraining and promoting by the economic scale, construction and advantages on the logistics demand.The important conclusion can be drawnfrom this research is that there is a significant correlation between regional economy and regional logistics demand, so regional logistics demand can be forecasted accurately by using the economy level.From the aspect of theory, an intrinsic logic relationship exsits between regional economy and regional logisitics demand, and it is this relationship that decide the regional logisitics demand can be forested by economy indices. The logistics demand scale of Hunan Province is huge. And the paper put forward some proposals to establish the logistics system of Hunan Province.更多还原
