【摘要】 随着市场经济的发展,以质量为核心的非价格竞争越来越占有重要的地位,工程质量的好坏,将直接严重影响着建设企业的发展。目前,质量管理与控制的工作有了长足的发展,但仍需在实际的操作中不断完善,不断探索符合自身施工项目的质量管理与控制模式,更好的与国际化接轨,提高建设工程的质量水平。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,通过系统归纳现有理论成果,对工程项目质量管理与控制的相关理论和方法进行了系统的研究,主要研究内容如下:①详细总结了国内外关于工程质量管理与控制的研究现状。②详细阐述了质量管理的概念以及工程项目管理的特点和原则;系统的总结了有关工程项目质量控制的过程、任务、依据以及监测方法。③在总结现有工程质量控制的工具和方法的基础上,分析了几种新的质量控制方法,并对质量控制数据特征进行了研究,从而为统计理论在质量控制中的应用打下铺垫。④对工程项目质量控制提出了具体的实施方案,并尝试运用模糊综合评价模型对混凝土质量进行定量分析,实践证明该方法在质量控制中的应用是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the market economy, the non-price competition based quality possesses more and more important position, the project quality will affect enterprise’s development seriously and directly. At present, the quality control practice has made great progress, still, the quality control should be improved to adapt international condition.Based on the theoretical results from predecessors, this article systematically researched the theory of quality management and control, and the main contents are summarized as follows:①At the basic of reference of large amount of literature,summarized in detail the research status at home and abroad about quality control.②Gave a detailed description of the concept,the features and the principles of quality control;Systematically summarized the process,tasks,basis and methods of quality Monitoring.③At the basic of the existing tools and methods on quality control,gave certain new ones,and also introduced the date features which is the premise of statistical theory application in quality control.④Put forward the detail scheme of quality control, also tried to use the fuzzy comprehensive model to realize quantitative analysis of concrete quality, practice showed that this model was effective.更多还原
