生物质能电厂烟气污染控制的研究

【摘要】 本文以75t/h燃生物质循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,利用计算流体软件FLUENT对锅炉内的温度场、NO_x的生成以及袋式除尘器中的气流分布进行了数值模拟。由计算结果可知,燃生物质时温度场比燃煤时稍低,且NO_x的排放浓度低于国家规定的排放标准。袋式除尘器未采取气流分布措施时,燃煤和燃生物质时的气流分布不均匀现象均很明显,燃煤时的流场比燃生物质时紊乱;两种烟气都是大部分颗粒以垂直向上的速度为主。加入导流板采取气流分布措施后流场的均匀性得到明显改善。烟气在导流板中间区域大颗粒和小颗粒分离分布在了左右两侧,且都是在绕流。本课题的研究结果可为生物质电厂的烟气污染控制提供参考。
【Abstract】 75 t / h of biomass circulating fluidized bed combustion boiler was taken as the object of study. The temperature field, flow field, formation of NO_x and gas flow distribution in bag filter were analog computed with CFD software FLUENT. By the results it was got that temperature filed of cola was higher than that of biomass, and emission of NO_x from circulation fluidized bed biomass boiler was less than emission standard. The result of numerical calculation to bag filter showed that: when air distribution was not taken measured, it was obviously that both the two kinds of flue gas flow in bag filter were not uniform. The flow field of coal flue gas was more disordered than that of biomass, but majority of them moved upward directly. The uniformity was improved obviously after the guide plate was added. Small particles and big ones of flue gas fell apart to two fractions in the middle of the guide plate, big ones on the left and small ones on the right, and both of them did circumferential motion in the bag filter. The results of this paper supplied reference to the control of pollution of flue gas in the biomass.
