【摘要】 随着时代的发展和社会的进步,职工培训组织面临着新的机遇和挑战。该文通过对平衡计分法(BSC)的研究,分析了BSC中相关理论的涵义、应用方法和应用技巧,阐述了BSC在职工培训组织管理中的可行性和有效性。结合某职工培训组织的实际,提出了适合职工培训组织管理的新方法和新体系,拓展了BSC的应用范围。将BSC应用于职工培训组织是一个有益的尝试。通过实践验证了BSC在职工培训组织中发挥的积极作用。本文提供的方法和体系对国内同类情况的培训组织具有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the advance of society and the development of times, the staff training organization is faced with new good fortune and challenge. By the research for the method BSC,this paper analyses BSC in the application skill,the application method and the meaning of related theory, expounds the validity and the feasibility of BSC in the staff training organization management. With combining the actual condition of a certain staff training organization, this paper suggests new system and method suitable for the staff training organization management,extends the application scope of BSC, so it is a good try on the application of BSC in the staff training organization. The paper verifies the positive effect of BSC in the staff training organization. The system and method that this paper offers have certain reference for the domestic training organization with similar condition.更多还原
