水泥砼桥桥面铺装防水粘结层性能研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路交通的快速发展,桥梁作为公路的重要组成部分随之增多。但是,许多桥梁的沥青混凝土铺装层不同程度地出现车辙、推移、开裂、坑槽、脱离等早期破坏现象,直接影响车辆的正常运行和桥梁外观,导致桥面维修期大大提前。究其原因,主要是对桥面铺装防水粘结层的材料选择与组合不当、缺乏合理的质量检测与性能测试方法。因此,开展桥面铺装层防水粘结层材料与组合形式选择、相应性能测试方法的研究十分迫切和必要。本研究依托重庆市科委攻关项目“水泥混凝土桥桥面铺装关键技术研究”,通过对西部地区水泥混凝土桥沥青混凝土桥面铺装早期破坏形式及原因的分析,采用自行设计、加工的剪切、拉拔、渗水试验设备进行室内试验,考查所选典型桥面铺装结构防水粘结层的抗剪、抗拉拔及抗渗性能,综合分析各试验的影响因素对性能指标的变化。研究结果表明,自行设计的试验方法能客观反映各种防水粘结材料及其组合的实际性能;与常规桥面防水粘结结构相比,用橡胶沥青砂胶、溶剂型粘结剂与环氧树脂组合成的防水粘结层的性能相对较好;经社会经济效益分析比较可知,SBS改性沥青加碎石的防水粘结层技术经济性最好。综合考虑,推荐了适合桥梁各设计防水等级的防水粘结材料及其组合形式,对于防水等级要求较高的桥梁,建议使用初期投资较高但防水粘结效果较好的橡胶沥青砂胶、溶剂型粘结剂与环氧树脂组合成的防水粘结层。研究结果为提高我国桥面铺装技术提供了可靠的技术支持,具有较高的实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of our country highway traffic, the bridge as important component of the road is also increasing along with it. But, many bridge deck pavements displaying certain early damages, such as track, traction, crack, pothole, directly influences vehicles’ normal operation and causes the normal maintenance time to be ahead greatly of the bridge deck. Investigating its reason, the great reason is the improper choice and combination of waterproof-bonding material and lacking of the reasonable quality detection and the performance test methods. So it is very necessary and urgent to research on the waterproof-bonding layer.This paper depends on the project“Research on Pivotal Technical for Concrete Bridge Deck Pavements.”which is cooperated by Chongqing municipal science technique committee. Through the comparative investigation of early damage forms and reason analysis to concrete bridge deck pavements in West China, based on it, the author studies the basic road performance and the infiltration performance of waterproof-bonding layer. Through indoor shear test, pull test and infiltration test which test equipments are studied, designed and processed by ourselves, roundly appraise to shear strength, bond strength and water resistance performance of choosed typical waterproof-bonding material, synthetically analysis influencing factors to performance index. By experiment and analysis of economic and social benefit, technical performance of the waterproof-bonding materials which combined of rubber asphalt sand gel, solventborne adhesive and epoxy resin is best which is adapt to be used in important bridge. This paper makes remarkable sense to provide instruction for enhancing bridge paving technologies and have the high practical application value.
