简支转连续梁桥支座更换新技术研究

【摘要】 本文以云南省交通厅科技项目子课题为依托,针对山区高墩简支转连续梁桥支座更换这一问题,就其顶升过程的施工方法、梁体自身力学行为及动力监控系统展开深入研究,重点对顶升施工工艺及步骤、主梁安全评估及同步顶升人工控制提出了新的方法、新的指标、新的策略。论文主要研究内容如下:(1)综述国内外桥梁支座更换技术和顶升动力系统的现状及存在问题。(2)详细分析旧有桥梁支座更换方法、施工步骤、适用范围及各自的优缺点,在此基础上提出适合山区高墩简支转连续梁桥支座更换的新方法。(3)应用MADIS/CIVIL对本文依托工程中的各类跨径、各种联数的简支转连续梁桥逐墩顶升工况进行三维梁单元仿真计算,总结出顶升对梁体的影响规律及安全评估指标并对顶升工况进行了评估。(4)初步设计一种分布式监控系统,其硬件有IPC、PLC以及HCS或PCS组成,其软件有分布式监控软件和桥梁结构分析软件组成,对其基本框图、基本结构进行分析,提出可变步长灰色预测人工同步控制和基于相似度聚类融合的自适应人工同步控制两种策略,供不同情况下使用。(5)建立简支转连续梁桥板式橡胶支座失效条件,提出一种实用的应力监测控制标准,推导钢套箍设计公式。

【Abstract】 This paper rely on science and technology project of Communications Department of Yunnan Province,study on construction method、girder body mechanics behavior and power monitoring system in the lifting process for the issue about the bearing replacement of high piers simple supported-continuous girder bridge in the mountain area,put forward the new method、index and strategy to the construction technology steps、the main girder safety evaluation and synchronous artificial control in the lifting process. The main contents and contributions of this dissertation are listed as follows:(1) Summary on the present situation and existing problems on the bridge bearing replacement technology and lifting power system at home and abroad.(2) It is detailed to analyze the old method of bridge bearing replacement、construction steps、application scope、advantages and disadvantages,on this basis,put forward the new bearing replacement method of high piers simple supported-continuous girder bridge in the mountain area.(3) Use the three-dimensional beam element simulative calculation to the lifting condition of the different simple supported-continuous girder bridge of relied project by MADIS/CIVIL,summarize the influence law and security evaluation index when hydraulic jack lift the beam body and evaluate jacking-up condition.(4) A distributed control system containing hardware and soft platform is established. The hardware platform is composed of industrial compute,programmable logical controller and hydraulic control system,and the software platform is consisted of monitor and bridge structural analysis software,analyze basic block diagram and basic structure,put forward a variable step size grey prediction artificial synchronous control strategy and a self-adaptive artificial synchronous control strategy based similitude degree clustering fusion to use in different condition.(5) Establish the failure conditions of plate rubber bearing using in simple supported-continuous girder bridge,put forward a practical control standard of monitoring stress,deduce the design formula of steel hoop.
