【摘要】 随着信息时代的到来,我国信息产业化、市场化和规模化进程的不断加快,企业信息化已经成为一股热潮,为企业所重视。各地企业都纷纷开始应用信息技术来改革企业的管理方式,提高企业的工作效率,以获得更好的效益并积极参与到激烈的市场竞争中去。目前,企业信息化已成为企业管理规范化、科学化、自动化、系统化的总称,是企业未来生存和发展的必由之路。实现信息化成为企业提升竞争力、提高效益的必由之路。实例证明,信息化能够提高企业的管理水平。本文正是基于此前提,阐明信息化对建筑企业施工管理水平的作用机理。文章以某建筑施工企业为背景进行分析研究。通过对该企业组织机构的分析,界定出主要施工管理工作,施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工技术管理。接下来对施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工技术管理的现状及其存在的问题进行描述、分析,得出施工管理工作中存在的问题;然后通过对信息化前后的施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工技术管理进行对比分析,得出信息化前后施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工技术管理发生的变化,分析变化的原因,进而揭示信息化对提升建筑企业施工管理水平的作用机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21st century, with the interaction development of economic globalization and informatization globalization, it is the only way to informatization enterprise to upgrade the competitiveness of enterprises, and participate in the global competition. After joining the WTO, as China’s construction market gradually opening to the outside world, globalization and the construction of the international construction market is an inevitable trendy . China’s construction enterprises are facing with unprecedented opportunities and challenges and construction of the enterprise informatization management is very urgent and necessary.Wide range of informatization and examples prove that informatization is to improve the benefits of the management of construction enterprises, but not all the informatization of the enterprises are able to get the desired results. The main reason result in that the construction business-to-business informatization of how to bring benefits and how to improve the management performance of the basic principles of oper-ation is unclear and specific theoretical guidance is lack. So this study has a practical significance. It is precisely because of such a background, this paper is based on the construction management of construction enterprises by analysis the mechanism of construction quality management benefits, effective management of construction progress, construction technology management benefits to clarify informatization is how to enhance construction benefits of the management of enterprises. In this paper, a construction enterprise in construction management work as a research object is divided into six parts:Chapter 1,Introduction. Introduced the background, purpose and meaning, summing up the message of domestic and foreign construction companies and construction management benefits, clarify the content of this paper and structure. Chapter 2, To define the construction management of construction enterprises. Through analysis a certain organizational structure of enterprises, to define construction management work, including construction quality management, progress of construction management, construction technology management.Chapter 3, To clarify mechanism of informatization to improve the quality of construction enterprises effective management. First, describes the construction quality management of the status quo and analysis the existing problems and informatization on the construction quality management. Then, compares to the informatization before and after of the construction quality management, finds out informatization before and after of the construction quality of management changes, analysises the reasons for the changes, reveals informatization to improve the quality of construction enterprises effective management mechanism.Chapter 4, To clarify informatization on the construction progress of construction enterprises improve benefits of the management mechanism. First, describes the management of the construction schdule, analysises the existing problems and informatization on the progress of construction management. Then compares to the informatization before and after the construction progress of the management, finds out informatization before and after the construction progress of the work of the management changes, analysises the reasons for the changes, reveales informatization on the construction progress of construction enterprises improve management benefits of the mechanism.Chapter 5, To clarify informatization to improve the technical management of construction enterprises-effective mechanism. First describles the status quo management of the construction technology, analysises the problems of informatization technology management after the construction work. Then, compares to the informatization technology management of the construction work before and after to find informatization before and after the construction work of the changes, analysises the reasons for the changes, reveales informatization to improve technical management of construction enterprises-effective mechanism. Papers for the last part is summary. This paper describles the research results, such as a general description. Meanwhile, looks to the direction of research prospects.更多还原
