【摘要】 由于我国的证券业的特定发展规律决定了原有证券公司在证券业数据处理上基本采用的是分散型、小规模的手段。现在虽然大多数证券公司进行了集中交易,但在实施过程中出现了许多问题,致使许多公司在实施集中交易的道路上停滞不前。作者作为联合证券信息技术部华中区负责人,参与联合证券集中交易系统的总体分析设计与实现。作者在对国内外证券交易系统研究下,从证券数据集中系统建设入手,结合联合证券公司的具体实施过程,对实施中遇到的问题提出了经过实证的解决方案,从实证的角度为中国证券业公司在数据集中方案实施上提供决策参考。本文主体共分为5部分。第1部分介绍国内外证券交易模式的转变;第2部分分析了证券交易系统的内涵模式、风险、系统需求、设计目标;第3部分是本文的重点,提出了具体的证券集中交易系统的设计思路;第4部分详细说明了联合证券实施集中交易系统的细节;第5部分分析证券公司在实施集中交易后如何转型和不同规模证券公司实施集中交易应注意事项及扩展情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The special development of China’s securities industry determines that most securities houses handle their business data in a dispersed and small-sized way. Although most of securities companies have already done the large-scale securities centralized transaction system, many securities companies can’t continue it bescuse of a lots of trouble in process. The author is concerned with the centralized transaction system. This article gives a proposal to set up a set of guidelines to the centealized database processing management system in securities industry,baesd on the throretical and practical technologies of the mature trading system in local and foreign country. We finished the process for United Securities Centralized Transaction System, and also provides solutions to the problem during the execution of the United Securities Company ,the article is a reference in the decision-making process of data-centralization management for China’s securities houses.In my five parts thesis covers (1) Introduction of the local securities companies’change and foreign securities companies’s change. (2) Explain the present situation ,analyze the concept、mode、risk and the research meaning. (3) It’s the important part of thesis. In this part dealing with the vital technology、design focus and the function design of the system,.(4) analysis of the detail of the United Securities Company.
