基于SOA的设备状态监测与故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 机械设备远程故障诊断技术在保证工业设备正常运转、设备管理中起到重大作用。针对设备远程故障诊断技术和系统的应用研究也越来越深入,DCOM、CORBA、RMI等技术已广泛应用到远程设备监测与故障诊断系统的开发中。然而,以往的设计方法存在着重用性差、异构平台调用困难、互操作性差、紧耦合等诸多缺陷。要实现易于扩展的、功能可柔性组合、跨异构平台的状态监测与故障诊断系统,这些方法已无法胜任这样的要求。另一方面,随着机械设备故障诊断的网络化发展,分布式远程故障诊断体系的研发逐渐兴起,然而目前的远程技术在实现跨地域、跨防火墙跨平台联合故障诊断问题上存在一系列困难。近年来出现的面向服务架构(SOA, Service- Oriented Architecture)技术,为解决以上问题提供了可能性。SOA是一种体系框图,它将应用程序不同功能单元(即服务)通过定义良好的契约和策略联系起来。基于此,SOA具有松耦合性、互操作性、开发迅捷、异构平台资源共享等明显优势,能很好地实现功能可柔性组合、跨平台、伸缩性好的复杂系统。本文将SOA概念和相关技术引入机械设备状态监测和故障诊断领域,并在国家自然科学基金重点资助项目——“大型复杂机电系统早期故障智能预示的理论与技术”(编号50335030)和国家自然科学基金资助项目——“面向IMS并基于信息融合的设备性能退化评估与预测”(编号50675140)的支撑下,提出并验证了基于SOA的分布式故障诊断体系架构;提出并实现了基于SOA的企业级状态监测和故障诊断系统;同时,着重对状态监测子系统进行了研究,在LabVIEW和LabCVI环境下开发了基于FPGA技术的大型变频鼓风机状态监测子系统,提出并实现了基于面向服务概念的监测子系统的改进方案;通过WCF和Web服务等面向服务相关技术解决了遗留程序在新的SOA系统架构下的重用问题。本文的研究为面向服务架构在机械设备状态监测与故障诊断领域的深入应用奠定了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Techniques involved with remote fault diagnosis play a very important role in assurance of machinery operation and machinery management. Research on application of remote fault diagnosis techniques has been further deepened. DCOM, CORBA, RMI and etc. have been extensively applied to development of machinery remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system. However, the design methods used as before have many disadvantages like bad reusability, difficulties with invoking between heterogeneous platforms, bad interoperability and coupling as well. Methods mentioned above can hardly achieve the requirements if easy-to-expand, cross-heterogeneous-platform and flexible condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is wanted. On the other hand, research on distributed remote fault diagnosis system is booming gradually with the development of machinery fault diagnosis networking techniques; but currently there is a series of problems in implementing cross-region, cross-firewall and cross-platform combined system.Recently, the emergence of SOA (Service- Oriented Architecture) makes it possible to solve these problems mentioned above. SOA is a kind of architecture, and it connects different function units (service) of application by well defined contract and strategy. With advantages of loose-coupling, interoperability, expansibility and so on, SOA can implement flexible, cross-platform and scalable system easily.Concept of SOA and techniques associated with SOA are introduced into the field of machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. With the support of Key Project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (50335030) and project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (50675140), architecture of distributed remote fault diagnosis system based on SOA are proposed and verified, and the enterprise condition monitoring and fault diagnosis model and system based on SOA are proposed as well. Furthermore, the subsystem of condition monitoring has been researched and implemented based on FPGA emphatically, and improvement solution of condition monitoring system based on SOA is proposed as well. Problems of reusability of legacy programs under SOA are basically solved by service-oriented techniques, as WCF and web service.Research carried out in this dissertation lays a very solid foundation for development of machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on SOA.
