基于Web Services的建材生产管理系统及其安全方案

【摘要】 论文讨论了基于Web Services的建材生产管理系统(简称PMS)的设计与开发,该系统具有下面特点:1.在需求的确立上,汇总分析了各公司的需求和运作特点,协调ISO9001标准,给出了统一化和合理化的工作流引擎;2.采用了分公司和总部相对独立运行的模式,各公司间以及各总部之间采用Web Services技术实现信息的交互、减低了相互之间的耦合度,提高了系统的扩展性;3.整合了生产管理系统现有的周边软件,实现了各系统间的数据互通,确保了生产、人事、财务等各方面数据的一致性。整个系统分为基础数据、系统管理、报表管理三个公用子系统,以及销售管理、进料管理、生产调度管理、库存管理、发货管理、配比管理、设备租赁管理、辅材管理、设备运作成本管理、原材成本管理十大业务功能子系统,此外还包括接口、操作日志等功能。论文讨论了Web Services的安全性问题,并提出了一整套生产管理系统Web Services安全技术解决方案。该方案以.Net Framwork框架下的WSE3.0为基础,不但考虑了集团性制造业企业的生产管理、企业分布特点和网络结构特点,也考虑了实施的便利性和有效性。论文通过一个关于远程客户档案申请的实例,探讨了如何实现含UsernameOverCertificateAssertion断言的安全策略,并且就相关的配置的设置、WSE相关类的使用、x.509证书、用户安全令牌的创建使用进行了实例分析。该安全方案实例的顺利实施,为建材生产管理系统的信息安全提供了一定的技术参考。

【Abstract】 This software system - CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(PMS), is implemented in the daily production and management process and developed by K. Wah Construction Material Co., Ltd (China Eastern Region) specially focused on the construction material industry. Compared with the other software in this industry, this software system is obviously better as follows:1. Identifying requirements - needs to collect all the business units’operation performance according to the ISO9001 standard, and re-organizing workflow.2. The Regional Office and all the business units are relatively independent and the“Web Services”is used as their information exchange. It will greatly reduce their coupling and improving expansibility.3. Collect and consolidate all the related existing data and make them inter-communication in the different system, ensure the data of production, HR, Finance etc are all in consistence.The whole software system is made up of 3 public sub-systems(base data management, system management, report management) and 10 business sub-system(sales management, purchase management, production dispatch management, stock management, consignment management, quality management, equipment tenancy management, accessory management, operating and raw materials cost management).Also, the system can work on as operation logs, interfaces with other systems.Requirement is the basic of the software system. We will discuss the following 6 parts during the requirement collection period.1. Set up the target and shake-hands;2. Collect the system requirement information and finalize the extension;3. Build the project management structure and virtual plant; 4. Improve the workflow and draft the requirement specifications;5. Develop the software original model;6. Finalize the requirement by the virtual plant and formulate the requirement specificationsAs the main chapter of the whole article, I’d like to further discuss the security problems of the Web Services. WSE 3.0 based on .Net Framework provides the Web Services security technical. Utilizing WSE 3.0, we build a set of security solutions for the project. It’s helpful to the other similar group system.The security system is based on WSE (Web Services enhancement), using the security police including security tokens( user name/password) and x.509 certificates. The system comprises 3 parts– headquarter-server part, plant-server part and plant-client part. The headquarter-server part provides Web Services for the remote clients. The plant-server part provides user information to headquarter-server part and local applications to plant client users. The plant-client part can use the local applications and can use remote services from headquarters.From the example of remote customer information application, we will further discuss how to build the security system of UsernameOverCertificateAssertion assertion, analyze the configuration, the usage of WSE classes, the creation and installation of x.509 certificates and the creation of user tokens.
