【摘要】 随着经济的快速发展,市场竞争的日益加剧,对于采用赊销方式的企业来讲,赊销在给企业带来获得利润机会的同时也带来了巨大的风险。要完全消除赊销风险及其影响是不现实的,企业只能尽量充分而不能完全的认识和避免。本文对赊销风险相关因素进行分析,而且对赊销风险分析可采用定量分析方法和定性分析方法。利用特征分析模型评估企业的赊销风险,并且从管理学的角度提出有针对性的管理与控制赊销风险的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With rapid economic development and strengthened Market competition, speaking to the companies of credit sale, credit sale brings opportunity of obtaining the profit, at the same time, it also brings large risk to companies. It is unrealistic to eliminate thoroughly the effects of credit sale risk. In the operating processes, companies only learn and avoid them partly. The paper analyses relative effect factors of credit sale risk, and the paper analyses credit sale risk by two ways of quantity and quality analysis. By characteristics analysis models, we can assess credit sale risk of company. From the perspective of management, we can manage and control credit sale risk objectively.更多还原
