一种差、共模集成EMI滤波器及其平面化研究

【摘要】 由于分立的EMI滤波器具有高频寄生参数,严重影响了滤波器性能,因此本文提出了一种新型的差、共模集成EMI滤波器。通过示波器观察得出该新型滤波器具有很高的衰减特性。同时针对目前电子设备“短、小、轻、薄”的发展趋势,对EMI滤波器建立平面集成结构。由于传统的传输线理论的缺陷,本文又提出了一种新的理论,即广义传输线结构,在此理论基础上对差模滤波器和差、共模集成EMI滤波器建立平面的电磁模型。为了满足设计的参数范围和得到高衰减,采用了多个L-C单元的连接和多导体L-C单元,并用软件对设计的结构进行了仿真验证。

【Abstract】 As the performance of the discrete EMI filter is badly affected by its high frequency parasitic parameter, the paper presents a new common and differential mode integrated EMI filter. The new EMI filter has high attenuation characteristics by the results of the oscilloscope. For the developing trend of short, small, light, and thin of the electronic device at the present time, planar integrated structure of EMI filter should be established. For the drawback of the traditional transmission line theory, the paper presents a new generalized transmission line structure. On the base of the generalized transmission line structure, the planar electromagnetic module of the differential mode and common and differential mode integrated EMI filter are established. In order to have higher attenuation and meet parameter range, the paper uses the connection of multi-L-C cells and multi-conductor L-C cells. The validity of the structure is verified by software emulation.
